Description of Work: Stamper is a property manager for our condominium association. Their services to our complex include, but not limited to, obtaining bids for maintenance and repair of a 120 unit complex. This includes landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance, owner violations of association by-laws and dealing with legal issues that may come up. Chairing association and Board of Director meetings for educational purposes.
