 + -1 moreOur air wouldn't come on & it was promising to be a very hot holiday weekend. Our usual repair company was booked out 6 days, so I called Parent Heating & Cooling. Scott was able to make it out the same day, and diagnosed & fixed it for a very good price. We are very happy with his service!

 + -1 moreParent's tech arrived and expressed familiarity with our system. He quickly had the A/C back up and running. Unfortunately, the fix lasted only for a few days, and soon enough the A/C was out again. We called again. This time, we never received a return call. Repeated messages all went unreturned. Finally, we contacted another shop that agreed to honor our warranty.
Description of Work: We purchased a new home last year, and the A/C was under a warranty with Parent. The A/C stopped working a few weeks back (fortunately during a cold spell), and we called Parent to have the problem fixed.

 + -1 moreFor the most part, we were happy with this contractor. There was a minor issue about a repair we needed which we didn't feel we should have to pay for. This was resolved and everything else about them was fine.
Description of Work: They installed a gas forced air furnace for us. Our house is about 2100 square feet.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY EVER SINCE WE MOVED IN THIS HOUSE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER 49 YEARS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY WORTH THE YEARS THAT THEY HAVE SERVICED US. THEY ARE REAL NICE AND CLEAN CUT GUYS. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK.
Description of Work: THEY DID ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WORK ON OUR FURNACE AND REPLACED A SMALL PART.
