The Jacuzzi brand has restrictions on who can fix Jacuzzi products. Jacuzzi instructed us to use another company. When contacting the other company it took them 20 days to respond to us and then their estimate was high. I called Jacuzzi and demanded another company and they gave me the name of Tubs "R" Us. Tom Alexander from Tubs "R" Us responded to our phone call in a timely manner, repaired our leak, and charged us a fair rate which was less than the other company's estimate.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking jet in our Jacuzzi tub.
