 + -1 moreThey came when they said they would. I did not have to wait long for them to have a service man available. The job went well and the repair was made successfully.
Description of Work: Chelsea plumbing put in a new shower and sinks in my master bathroom last year - they did a fantastic job. I then called them to fix a very tricky sink in my basement that uses a pump to drain the water. They were able to fix it even though the person who originally installed it did some funny additions to it. Since it had been changed from the original way it was supposed to work, it took them two visits to fix it - but they came back promptly and did not charge more to come back and adjust it. It seemed that they enjoyed the challenge of fixing it. Very professional.

 + -1 moreThis company was professional, competent and conscientious. They did a good job with the repair but it's the way they treated my house that impressed me. They wore shoe covers when working in my home and cleaned up the bathroom when they were finished. You could tell that they care about their reputation and the work that they do.
Description of Work: I had them fix the broken drain pipe in the shower and install new faucets. I don't remember the cost of this repair but I believe it was competitive.
