We are completely satisfied with the products used by Lenox and the installation. The hot water heater is a 50 gal. natural gas Bradford White Defender. New materials used (copper pipes, valves) are good quality between the hot water heater and humidifier. Hot water heater has worked great during the freezing winter months! Also like the (virtually) "uncloggable" toilet: Kohler Wellworth. We have not had any problems and would highly recommend Lenox.

Lenox installed a new 50 gallon gas hot water heater (Bradford White) and new Kohler Wellworth (virtually) "uncloggable" toilet. Excellent installation using high quality parts. Water heater has worked great all winter. Have had no problems and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent plumber and very professional. Mike was on time, found the root cause quickly and fixed the issue right away. We had a leaking shower faucet and Mike did an excellent job and replaced the stem valves and all rubber seals. We had extra difficulties as the screws were corroded and the stem was very hard to remove. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues. Cost was $170 for 1 1/2 hrs of work and including material costs.

The kitchen sink drain plumbing had been installed about 4 years ago by a plumber I located through Craig's list. Over the time I had to work on it to stop small leaks especially around the sink outlet. I finally got fed up with messing with it. After checking on Angie's list, I called Lennox Plumbing. Since this was not an emergency, they asked if coming in two days would be OK. We scheduled a 2 hour window of time. Chris showed up within time scheduled, looked at the problem and gave me a quote. He had to replace all of the drain parts under the sink, including the sink drain itself. He was done within an hour. The installation looks very neat and no leaks! He said the job is guaranteed for one year, but on something like this, if it needs work after that they would still stand behind it.

Chris came and performed the services in a couple of hours. The work was professional looking and they cleaned up the work area well. The final price came in at $250 for the gas line and $37 for the pop-up.
I would chalk this up to my fault for not asking for a written estimate, but given the verbal prices, I was expecting around $200 and was a little surprised at the higher cost. To be fair, I did not mention this to Chris so that they could attempt to remedy.
I would tell everyone that with any contractor, make sure you get a written estimate that way you are aren't surprised.
I would recommend Lenox for any of your plumbing needs.
