I was very happy with the installation of my whole house humidifier. Excellent price and service. They were also very prompt in following up with another issue I noticed in my furnace. Rob fixed the problem and left my furnace quieter than it has been in the 10 years I have owned this home. I was very pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend.

Very honest with me and did not try to talk me into a new furnace, but rather let me know the fix was easy and that my furnace/AC unit were still running well.  When it is time for a new unit, I will be calling Arrow to replace my current furnace/ AC.

We couldn't be happier!  Bob, the owner, came out and supplied us with a quote in a timely manner.  He scheduled the installation for the warmest predicted day in a two week period (it's February in Michigan) and the weather mostly cooperated.  He and his son arrived on time.  The old furnace installation had several 'issues' in regard to how it was installed -  things we had wondered about through the years and he confirmed were not really up to code.  They installed the new furnace and installed new intake/ exhaust vents that are up to code and we are much happier with - the old exhaust was an eyesore and improperly placed.  They finished with the humidifier, new duct work and new thermostats the following morning - as per the quote.  We knew it would be the furnace the first day and duct work/ additional services the following morning.  Everything went according to plan and there were no surprises.
Bob and his son are a rare commodity.  As the daughter of a retired HVAC engineer - I can be a little picky and they exceeded all my expectations.   He assured us that the zone control and special air filter we use did not need replacement - refreshing as a prior company supplying a quote a couple of years ago had recommended that the whole thing be replaced at a much higher cost to us.   The next thing to surprise me was even though I encouraged them to use the back entry to the lower level - they insisted on using the back sliders so walls wouldn't  be damaged - meaning they had to carry in the new and carry out the old furnace and bring all their supplies through alot of snow - down and up a hill - not an easy task on this property!  When they were running a little late on the second day - he called to be sure we knew how long and when he would be here - and he was accurate.  He was more than willing to answer any of my questions.  Their clean up job was superb - you could not tell that they had even been there save for the new equipment, instruction manuals and a spare filter.  I had expected to need to clean up the bedroom where the new heat vent was installed and I was wrong - not a speck to clean up.
Bob has earned our loyalty and trust - we will be using them for any future AC/Furnace repairs or replacements.

My sister contacted Arrow on my recommendation. I have had great experiences with them in the past. My sister's furnace died a couple times over weekends during the holiday season. She left them a message and they responded quickly and repaired her 30 year old dying furnace. They were able fix the dying it three times but they did inform my sister she did need a new furnace. The company that installed the furnace 30 years ago did not do it correctly.. Arrow fixed the problems left behind from the last poorly installed furnace. She is very happy with her new furnace.

Arrow was quick to come and give us a quote after calling. I liked that the same gentleman who came to give us the quote was also going to be one of the individuals installing the furnace and an owner of the company. The quote was very reasonable and the owner took a lot of time to describe our options and the pros and cons of each option.
In addition to doing a great job installing the new furnace Arrow also fixed our central air conditioner for free, this after several
other and quot;bigand quot; heating and cooling places in the Grand Rapids area told us that we would need to replace the whole AC unit or possibly they could fix it for $500-$1000. Arrow said that it was a small issues with an old wire that could quickly be replaced. Arrow fixed the issue for free in less than 20 minutes. The AC unit has worked great ever since and the furnace was wonderful and cost much less than some of the other quotes we received.
Arrow also installed a NEST thermostat that we have really loved.
