This is a great company, the whole crew are very professional. They worked well and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend them no matter what type of roofing you need.

After a severe hail storm I called "Green Horizons" as I was interested in a metal roof. After talking with "Steve" the owner He gave me a small lesson in roofs and I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and honesty. We decided to continue with asphalt shingles as the slope on a manufactured home is not steep enough for metal to work. The work was completed in 3 days. The crew everyday showed up on time, they were polite, courteous and very professional. everyday the yard was cleaned up before they left. As for the quality of work , they found 1 major area of damage and a few holes in the roof which were just covered up by the previous roof repair people. The major area was a collapsed section 4' x 6' They did the repairs at no extra charge (which they did not have to do because it was structural damage). They also put a ridge vent over the garage to help with moisture . Bottom line...they solved a water problem that's been going on for over 7 years. The roof looks great!! and with 3 major rains in the last 2 weeks the house is dry. I would recommend GREEN HORIZONS anytime, simply because of the quality of materials used, the knowledgeable and friendly staff ( SCOTT was the lead roofer) and the owner Steve for the Great service ( he was always on the site everyday checking and also following up with phone calls.. THATS GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU GREEN HORIZONS

From my initial request on Home Advisor through project completion prompt courteous communication with Green Horizon's was the norm....a pleasant surprise! There were some unexpected sub-roofing surprises which the team evaluated and provided a professional solution. The result was with the roof only 1/2 completed it withstood Gale Force winds directly off Lake Michigan with no damage whats so ever. I wish there were more contractors like Green Horizons.

My roof was a challenge. 8500+ sq ft, a turret reaching 60ft up, lot's of valleys, hips etc. Green Horizons did an incredible job! I can't say enough good things about the product, the team, and Steve. The communications through out the project, 7+ weeks, was incredible. Part of the new roof was on when I got hit with golf ball size hail. The new roof had no damage!! WOW!!

We could not be happier with our new roof. We had just bought the home with the anticipation of having to redo the roof in a couple of years based on our inspection. A month in, and we were forced to look at our options. Our first estimate from a company downstate left us flabbergasted. Did not go into the process believing it to be inexpensive, but this was over the top. I found Green Horizons on Google. My wife called the next day and got a call back from Steve within 10 minutes. He came right out to the house and offered an estimate. HALF of the other company. I happened to be at work that morning, so he offered to come back out that evening to go over things with me as well. Could not have felt more at ease with our decision to go with them after that meeting. The work on our home (a 2 level Chalet style home) was completed in only 5 days. Was a complete removal of the shingles, and install of the metal. Steve and the crew always kept us in the loop as to the progress of the job. Several extras that were found during the project were fixed without a change in the original estimate. They needed to replace a few of the flashing boards on the side of the house which were replaced and painted the original color. Steve called a few times asking about the color and worrying that it might not be quite right. Goes to show how thorough they are if that little detail was not missed. Every night, the crew cleaned up EVERYTHING. Any ladders, pieces of shingles, even so much as blowing off the deck each night. I cannot say enough about the entire process. Would be happy to recommend Green Horizons to anyone.

The customer service was excellent. The workmanship was excellent. The job started on time and ended in less than a week. I was in communication with the owner daily. He even completed some extra requests with no addition cost. I feel very comfortable recommending Green Horizons to anyone!

We love our new roof! Steve and the crew were great to work with. The crew cleaned up everyday before leaving and secured the roof in case of rain. As promised, the GreenHorizons team members were hard working professionals. They kept the job sight picked up and did a great looking installation. My experience was Smooth, Informative and Professional. I would say I was treated like a good friend/family. Steve and his crew did a great job! I dealt with Steve long distance. He assured me that he would take care of my elderly parents leaking roof. And that he did in a very caring way. We were in contact every day, he kept me updated, sent pictures and went over all the details. Even when we had a bit of a challenge with a deteriorating chimney base. Steve and his crew took care of the problem and got the job done. My parents are very happy with their new stone coated metal roof. Steve and his team did a tremendous job on our 75 year old log cabin. The roof had sagged and in rough shape. They built a cold roof over the old one and covered it with stone coated, cedar shake roofing. It looks great! Steve is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them.

They were very good workers and did everything that they told me they would do and even extended my pipe vents on the roof and painted them to match the roof. They were very good at cleaning up each day. They were always here on time and always working. The workers knew their job and did it very well, and they even put up with my barking dogs. They are the best!!!!!

Very happy to find a contractor who is prompt, and great with communication. The crew was very hard working, courteous, and meticulous. They worked very good together and everything went like clockwork. No foul language, which was nice with a grandson hanging around... not one "f-bomb" !!! Looking to do more business in the future with Green Horizons... probably siding next. Cannot say enough good about these guys.

The owner Steve went above and beyond with explaining everything, including all the questions we had after we hired them. His crew was one of the BEST we have ever dealt with.
