Bob's Tree Service

He didn't do the work as I wanted. He was rude. I feel like he tried to rip me off. He made a mess of our yard with his tire tracks and leaking transmission fluid.

This provider was recommended by a friend for their quality of work. Too bad they completely blew me off. After repeated attempts, I was able to get someone on the phone to schedule a quote. They showed up on time to provide the quote. It was a small job but the price was better than the other quotes than I had received. We had an agreement, at least I thought, for them to show up the following week to remove the tree. The agreed upon date came and went. I tried calling a few times, mostly getting a busy signal, until I finally got through to someone. They told me that someone would call me back. I never got a call back. I went with another company. I was blown off completely. My friend also mentioned they usually have to call several times just to get someone on the phone. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company and would not recommend them. Who knows though. Maybe if your job is big enough they'll decide to show up.

They were on time and did a good job. He gave me a quote for grinding up one stump and ground down several which impressed me. He also made suggestions for things that needed to be done that was not necessarily in the quote.
