Description of Work: They installed siding on out house and pole barn. The entire project took 5 months. There was very little communication from them and I had to call each time. We were lied to by the area sales mgr and they even delivered the wrong product, a cheaper product than ordered and a backing that didn't fit. Installers were instructed to put it up, anyway... and would have if I hadn't noticed the difference. The entire project was a nightmare.

 + -1 moreThey were very good on price but the quality of the workmanship was a C. One of the selling points was that they said they would put tarps down in the yard. I actually have pictures of my 3 year old daughter picking up nails from them in the yard during the spring after they were done. They sent someone out to pick them up, but he didn't get them all.

 + -1 moreLonny originally gave us an estimate a year ago, checked that we had received the written copy in the mail, and then didn't bug us until we were ready to have the job done. I dislike businesses that harass you. He arrived Monday morning with a crew of 6-8 guys to tear off our old roof. We had agreed on payment of half at the start of the job, and I was called away to the hospital for my dad so Lonny went ahead and started work with the promise that I'd be home later with the initial check. I came home that afternoon to find them working full tilt, and they stayed until dark. It had started to rain by then, so they tarped the roof for the night. They were back early the next day and were able to get the whole thing done by nightfall that second day, including clean up and vent installation. I don't know the square foot size of our roof, but we have a smallish cape cod style with attached 1 1/2 stall garage and breezeway.
Description of Work: Lonny gave us an estimate for our roof last year and stuck by it, only adding $33 for increased cost of supplies. We needed a complete tear-off and new shingles, with venting added that wasn't done with the previous job. They got the whole thing done in 2 days, working through rain at one point, and completely cleaning up after the job was done. I have perennial flower beds around most of the house and they did a good job of protecting them. They were careful to pick up any nails on the ground with multiple passes of their big magnet, and the Lonny himself did a final thorough check around the house and garage to be sure things were in order before leaving. We changed some plans on him partway through the job and he had no problem adjusting. The roofing job itself looks great, although I guess I was more worried about how the flower beds and bushes would look, I came away very pleased.
