 + -1 moreI'm in the early process of looking into filing a LARA (Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs) claim against Mr. Stachler for selling the same home twice and then refusing to return our (we're the screwed over buyers) agents calls in reference to selling a home twice. He took my wife's and my EMD money for a house and immediately after the inspection, after we legally pulled out of the transaction, he and the sellers he's advising refuse to provide us with a release (or our EMD money). This selling of a home twice, without releasing the original buyer's offer and their money, is illegal, but worse for his sellers, will certainly complicate and postpone their sale. What a jerk.
