+ -1 moreThey cancelled twice on me. Supervisor was suppose to call me back after first cancellation and never did. I called their customer service and appeared to be talking to someone in India who promptly hung up on me. I called them back and they were unable to help. Then the repair - which was simple - was exorbitantly priced. I am done with Sears for good. I know they are barely hanging on but my normal repairman retired and I went to Sears. Big mistake.
Description of Work: Gas oven repair - was not heating up.
