+ -1 moreExcruciatingly long delays for everything. Every "part" took at least 2 weeks to arrive - even though we have very common (Samsung) fridge. Worst of all, after two rounds of failure, it turns out that they had been focusing on the wrong problem. Once we had Sears come out, they diagnosed a problem with the circuit board which was causing the issues that MI Tech was incorrectly focusing on. They were also quite rude at times. AVOID at all cost!!!
