Incomprehensible on how bad this company really is! They will close requests made by the board of directors, without doing anything about the request. They will ignore communication and requests, for months, up to a point where what was requested is no longer needed or now creates an even complicated issue, usually the latter. If you want headaches, hire them, if you want good reliable service, find another company. Don't rely on the reviews on their website, read the reviews on every site and even check the BBB. (Note about the BBB, don't look at their rating, actually ready the 50 pages of complaints, then wonder how the BBB could give them an A+ rating, yeah the BBB is pay to play! How this company could get an A+ rating with so many complaints is beyond reason!)

It is horrific. They are incompetent, completely unresponsive and rude. I pay them $200.00 a month, they do nothing. They are terrible. I've been trying to get our road fixed and these financial statements from our people and that was almost two months ago and that didn't work, nothing.
