It is an oil company. They probably do plumbing too, but they are like a heating and fuel delivery service. We were kind of disputing a bill, so they called me and took care of it for me. It was $350 for the replacement part, but they ended up waiving the fee because they had installed our furnace. So, it actually didn't cost us anything now. They are great and provide great service. When we had issues with them, they have been able to work them out with us. We had kind of a high-end furnace installed and they did a great job. When there were issues with it, they came out promptly and fixed it. They return their phone calls and they show up on time. So it is good. Their price maybe a little more expensive than other services, but I think they are pretty good. I would use their services again.

They have always been on time when we have needed them. We had also gotten our oil through them and just discontinued that. They were really terrible at estimating how much we were going to need. They way overcharged us one year and undercharged us another. They wouldn't work with us on the true patterns of how much oil we used so we decided to discontinue using them for the oil.

They are good. They are responsible. I don’t see them very often but I would not change them for another oil company.
