Description of Work: Burner motor stopped. It needed to be replaced and was covered under our service plan at no cost. Technician told us the burner was nearing the end of it's useful life and recommended we consider replacing it. We did speak with the service rep and are considering an update this year.

Description of Work: Our propane is delivered automatically. They don't usually notify us of an upcoming delivery, but they do leave the bill so we know it's due. Operators were helpful and explained the entire process of propane and how they charge, etc. Professional and friendly.

 + -1 moreI feel the slip that I didn't get went to another customer and I refuse to do business with a less than honest company
Description of Work: I was on a heating program with them and the end of 2011 I had a credit of over 600.00 dollars and when the contract ended the next year in 2012 I was 700.00 over the budget. I also used according to them 200 more gallons of oil in 2012 than I did in all of the 14 years I have done business with them. The issue is this winter was a record warm winter and I didn't get one of the slips they charged to my account. I think there is something suspicious about this but I can't get them to understand. There ultimate response was "it is what it is"I feel that there was an error but they refuse to look into this issue. I feel they didn't care and was just being" bull headed" and I paid up the contract and told them I had real issues with the way they were non-caring to my discontent so I told them to stop all services.

 + -1 moreIt is an oil company. They probably do plumbing too, but they are like a heating and fuel delivery service. We were kind of disputing a bill, so they called me and took care of it for me. It was $350 for the replacement part, but they ended up waiving the fee because they had installed our furnace. So, it actually didn't cost us anything now. They are great and provide great service. When we had issues with them, they have been able to work them out with us. We had kind of a high-end furnace installed and they did a great job. When there were issues with it, they came out promptly and fixed it. They return their phone calls and they show up on time. So it is good. Their price maybe a little more expensive than other services, but I think they are pretty good. I would use their services again.
Description of Work: We had a furnace installed by Dead River Company about a couple of years ago. My last interaction with them was today. We had a service call about a month or two ago on our furnace since it broke. So they came out and replaced the parts.

 + -1 moreThey have always been on time when we have needed them. We had also gotten our oil through them and just discontinued that. They were really terrible at estimating how much we were going to need. They way overcharged us one year and undercharged us another. They wouldn't work with us on the true patterns of how much oil we used so we decided to discontinue using them for the oil.
