The issues I have with them go back to May 28, 2013. The pump stopped working in the water bubbler. When they finally came to look at it 2 weeks later, they said the pump was gone and they would need to have it repaired by the manufacturer. After 6 weeks(!) They came back to install the system, and also said we needed a water softener in order to keep the warranty in tact. They did not repair or replace the pump, rather they said it was a valve which they replaced. We reluctantly agreed to this. After 1 day the pump stopped working again. I contacted them again on August 1, and they said there was another client in the area and they would try to time it so they would only have to make one trip. we waited for weeks, and finally today I was told the warranty is for only one year and they were done dealing with me. I have contacted the attorney general to file a formal complaint and to attempt to get this to mediation. I will post more once this process has begun.
Description of Work: This latest service was to have Safe Water and Air install a water softener.

The system he installed was extremely noisy. This was noise from the pipes banging and in the manual it said that this should not happen and that there was a way to correct it. Sean, however, said this was normal. He was supposed to test our radon levels, but we never received an actual report from the company he used. When we called these companies they said that they had never tested with him before. We finally just tested it ourselves at our own expense. We kept calling Sean and a woman always answered with a new excuse every time as to why he wasn't there and he only called us back 1 time. We finally gave up. Sean wouldn't back up anything he'd done. We have talked to the state of Maine about this also. I would never use him again. Don't use him.
Description of Work: They mitigated radon in the water and air in our home. He installed a radon mitigation system.
