Mr. Wallace was prompt and courteous, as was his roofing team. They were able to remove the old roof and install the new one in the same day. And when they left, the yard was spotless. A few days aftwr the install, we had a major wind and rain storm and thd new roof handled it flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

I had Wallace Home Improvement AKA Wallace Roofing and Siding replace my entire roof shingles and replace a small area of cedar siding. Meeting with Dave Wallace I stressed my concern in two areas (1) I did not want short pieces of drip edge spliced together, only full lengths or pieces as long as they could be. What did I get - in several areas I got small 2 - 4 pieces. They did return to correct this and left a lot of black tar from the shingles on my deck. My second concern was properly installing and step flashing the new shingles where they meet the side wall and cedar clapboards. Dave had an answer for everything and assures me there is NO reason for concern. In one area I felt it would be worked out as we were removing the clapboards and corner boards so that it would be possible to complete this correctly. Dave did not coordinate this work very well so now I have exposed flashing under a buckled shingle. The carpenter I thought did a very good job of installing the cedar clapboards. In another area, the shingles are all buckled for the entire run/length of the covered area. These shingles were not able to be installed, nor step flashed under the existing clapboards. Prior to agreeing to have the work done, on two occasions, I expressed my willingness to pay more if needed to get this job done right. Once again I am assured all will be good. Well, as you can see from the pictures all is not good and it looks like crap. I suspect I will have water and roof issues unless I address this. I paid Dave in full with the understanding he would take care of this, he has not agreed to do so. I wish I could post pictures here, I will look to other sites to do so.

Crew works quickly, while supervisor made sure of water breaks. No loud music playing and polite and efficient crew. Estimate was exactly as contracted. Job done in one day. Recommended to neighbors who hired them as well.

My husband and I would highly recommend this company. They arrived when they said they would. 8 hours later the job is completely done and looks fabulous. They were very contentious and made sure all the old shingles, nails, and trash were removed. They did an outstanding job!
