The company owner was very professional and personable. He checked in with his crew several times to monitor the progress. The crew was an amazingly diligent, well oiled machine. The old roof was completely removed and the new one expertly installed in one day. Clean up was perfect. I have yet to find one roofing nail or piece of debris. (and I have looked!) Would definitely recommend this company!

I put in a request for a quote, and five minutes later I got a call from Peter, the owner, asking if he could stop by since he was working in the area. He did, and provided a written estimate overnight via email and said he could complete the job within two weeks. Having just had our roof done in South Carolina, I knew his pricing was reasonable and hired him immediately. Then he had a cancellation and was able to complete the job sooner; so we got the two structures, a house and a detached garage, done within 10 days of my original inquiry. Since we had a few spots on the ceiling upon my arrival to the house that had been closed up for the winter, and my new homeowner's insurance company requested a new roof anyways, this had to be done. Peter was great to work with and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. The entire job, roof, flashing, underlayment, etc, to was completed, including clean-up (magnets picking up the stray nails and haul-off of old materials), in one day. Plus, he just has a lot of common sense and a very pleasant demeanor which took the sting out of the stress of having to do a huge, necessary job for me, who is not a resident of Maine. Lastly, the job went as planned and the estimate was correct, which meant there were no "extras" that were added last minute. And since I personally did not follow the workers around on the roof, I was at their mercy if a contractor wanted to take advantage of the situation. But such was not the case, I am so relieved to have the roof completed. I'm ecstatic, the insurance company is satisfied, and we can relax and enjoy the house worry-free. I would call Peter at Majco builders for all jobs in the future; I trust his judgement and his sub contractors!

Crew showed up on time, worked very efficiently and finished 1,000 SF garage roof in 6-1/2 hours, including removing old roofing and thoroughly cleaning up. I would highly recommend Majco Builders. The roof looks great!

This was an excellent experience. They had to delay the project (new roof) for a week due to almost constant rain but were very good about calling and making new plans. Once the weather cleared, they did a terrific job, were careful with my plants, cleaned up extremely well and overall work looks great. I highly recommend this business.
