Sears is thorough, so they do a full check up for safety.
They are always offering discounts so I got 10% off.
I can shop while they repair my car and if it's not right the first time, I bring it back no charge! I trust the mechanics and they treat me fairly.

Online, it said that they would notify me via email the day before to confirm the appointment. I was told that that “didn’t mean anything”. He finally showed up around 6:15 today. He did no investigating. He did not pull the machine out, nothing, and sat on the floor and wrote out his report. I asked him why he did not pull out the machine and he said he didn’t have to because he knew what the problem was. Then he said that he would have to order a part to fix the machine and that I would have to wait a week for that. I asked him to call me the next time to say that I was the last stop on his list. He said that he was unable to do this because of the Sears system. He then said that he would need $102 before he would agree to come back. He is due back a week from now when the part is received.
