The whole experience was difficult. Miller's chimney is the least professional business that I have encountered since buying my house in June of 2016. It took over 30 days to get an estimate emailed to me after they came to do an inspection. During this time I called them many times and they had many excuses to explain why the estimate was taking so long. The estimate I finally received lacked detail and did not accurately reflect the work I needed done. The day the technician came to do the repairs he had an old version of the work order and so had not brought all the needed tools and supplies. He had to come back the next day and finish the job. In summary, their work was Good, but their customer service is Bad and their professionalism is Poor. I would not recommend Miller's and I will not hire them again.
Description of Work: I hired Miller's Chimney to inspect two chimneys , reline a flue in a double flue chimney that vented the hot water heater, and seal off an unneeded chimney and flue.
