Jerry's Plumbing & Heating Co

Jerry seemed like a nice guy. The first day he was late by about an hour and a half, which automatically set the tone for everything. Prior to him showing up he told me he should be able to do this in about 8 hours. He immediately uninstalled the current heat pump system, which means I don?t have any heat in December. He realized that he didn?t have some equipment so he left to get this. He wasn?t able to finish this project the first day. He came back the next day and brought another person with him who he was asking questions to, which makes me believe that he doesn?t know what he is doing. He had to hook up emergency heat. On the third day he was late again and at this point I told him I wouldn?t be paying him anything and told him I would have to get another company in to fix everything. He was somewhat argumentative and always late. I really lost confidence in him because he didn?t know what he was doing.
