Brian Turner

Our experience with Brian Turner and his team was simply HORRIBLE. Phone calls were not returned, emails not answered and when this was brought up to him about his team he called us liars. We wound up talking to the buyers realtor directly because his team did not communicate with them either to the point that their bank almost wouldn't let them close. Brian then sent us nasty emails about how we should never be talking to a buyers agent. however, if we had not done that, we would not have sold our home. we should not have had to do his job for him. We sold our home via a short sale and were not familiar with the process. Over the course of the 6 months that took, we had many questions and those were not answered. at one point, we had to communicate with our bank directly as the BBT team was not sending over the necessary documents to the bank - we had to do that. Communication only improved near the actual close date and after we threatened action via an attorney. All in all, a truly horrible experience - stay away from this realtor and team!
