Description of Work: A full view storm door had spread apart so it would not fit in the frame. Blaine repaired the split and install a cross bar to prevent a repeat in the future. The quality of the work was first rate but pricey

Description of Work: When they gave me an estimate of $185 to do the work, I asked how much they needed up front. They said 100%. If they're asking for all the money before they perform the service, then they must have a high dissatisfaction rate. I told them I would give them 90%, which I thought was generous, but that I would have no leverage at all if I was dissatisfied with their work if they already had all the money. I took my window and left. They had wasted my whole afternoon.

Description of Work: We have a greenhouse style window in the kitchen where one of the glass panels shattered. It took Blaine over a week to come out to measure. About two weeks to give us an estimate. And then about 3 weeks to get the replacement pane. Then it took another week or two to get them to install the window. This company doesn't move in real time. The workers/quality was good, but the process is terrible and the costs were high.

Description of Work: Blaine responded to our need to have 4 glass panels (from CertainTeed replacement windows) replaced. The seals had broken and they had become cloudy. Blaine worked with me to present their quote in such a way that the insurance company would accept it (CertainTeed no longer sells windows, and another company had taken over the claims work). Blaine was punctual, professional, pleasant and helpful. If I had other work to do similar to this work, I would call them first.
