Stu was extremely responsive to come out and give us an estimate and then, when we had them come to do the work. We got on their schedule so fast! I was incredibly surprised they could do our job so quickly. They installed a new water main for us in less than a day, we didn't even really experience the water outage because we went to work. (I felt comfortable letting them work in the front yard without someone staying home to be with them). I think the most impressive thing was how well they packed the dirt back down after replacing the pipe. I have seen this job done in neighbor's lawns, and there is a mound of dirt the whole length of the pipe. While they couldn't salvage grass (we actually have only weeds anyway), I was still really glad they leveled out the dirt like they did. The pipe works great and we've been really happy. I will be calling them again to see what other services they do (they were originally referred to me as a "plumber" but the card just says "Residential and Commercial" and "24 hour service").
