I was contacted promptly and we were able to set a date for service within 10 days. Contractor arrived on time and did an excellent job of coating my driveway. I am very pleased with the work and I would recommend him to others who need this service. The workers were very professional and I was extremely satisfied with the way this company conducted business.

Everything went well except I felt that the coating was inconsistant (heavier in some places. However, the company will have a follow up visit to correvt any errors. This has not yet occured. My telephone conversations lead me to beleive that the problem will be corrected.

Removed, repaired and enlarged various sections of my large driveway, covered it with 2" of asphalt and sealed it. The whole process only took one day to complete (he came back several days later to seal it) and I was very please with the result. Ernie is a great guy to deal with and would recommend him to others.

It was a little difficult because they didn't get in touch with us, but they finally did and came to do the job this week. They did it the first time and it wasn't quite right, so they had to come back and fix it and they did. It was where they put the new addition on because it was not quite sealing right with the other driveway. Since they've came back and fixed it we were satisfied with the service. They weren't happy about fixing it but they did do it, which was good. When we finally knew they were coming they came. They just need a better system for responding to people, like calling and letting them know that they're coming.

They did a great job!. I purchased a deal for $189. I then received an email from E Stanley with a appointment date and time. The time given was not good for me so I called the office to reschedule. Ernie called me back within a couple days to confirm. It rained the day of my appointment so Ernie called to change the date. He came was scheduled, cleaned the area and told me that the driveway was 1400 sq feet so if I wanted the whole thing done it would be an extra $100. I thought that was a good price and Ernie did the whole driveway in about a hour. These guys are professionals and very good at what they do!

The owner visited to review the work to be done and we agreed on price. On 26 Aug. the crew arrived at the appointed to my satisfaction.

Very satisfied with the job. Well worth the money.

All went well. Lent them my edger to help the job get done faster, instead of doing manually.

I never heard from them so I will be finding another company to do the work.

They showed up on a Friday afternoon to provide an estimate since my driveway is larger than what the offer covered. They gave what I thought was a fair price then, to my astonishment said they would have the truck over within 30 minutes to do the work. I was a bit skeptical but figured that I could trust this wasn't something I should worry about since they were rated high on Angie's List. The truck was indeed there soon and they promptly cleared off the grass, dirt and gravel then had my driveway sealed and caution tape up within 45 minutes. The surface was clean and it looked good.

Never heard from this provider. I called, e-mailed & had Angie's List customer service involved & still no response from this provider, it has been almost a month since I purchase an $189 sealer deal.

We received an estimate to fill in the cracks with professional grade sealer. That, in addition to my extra 400 sq ft, cost an additional $200. They guys sealed the cracks and then sealed the entire driveway. They did a nice job, but I did have to pick a few rocks and mulch up off the coating myself, that they missed. I am pretty particular about things. It would have been nice to know that the crack sealer would remain a different texture to the rest of the driveway so you can see the different sealed cracks. However, the driveway looks much nicer than it did before we had this done. It also only took them about 45 to do the entire job.

It took them a long time to scedule the work, and we had to call them several times other then that great work.

Originally, I contacted Mr. Stanley by e-mail on 27 December, 2012 related to a special he had on Angie's List at the time. He responded on 9 January 2013, offering to come out and give me an estimate. He also said that he recommended scheduling the actual work in warmer weather, as I had questioned. He came out later and, after inspecting and measuring the driveway, provided a written estimate of $400 to do the driveway. I felt that this was a very good price and we both signed/initialed the work agreement, which indicated the work would be done in March/April. I would also note that I told him that I had work done by his father at a family member's house some years ago and I was pleased with that. Spring came and went and I didn't hear anything from him. Perhaps I should have called him. Then, in July 2013, I saw an Angie's List Big Deal again from Mr. Stanley's company. I called on Saturday, 27 July and got his answering service. I gave my name, phone number and address, and said that I had been given an estimate earlier in the year for the work to be done and that I would like to pursue that. Mr. Stanley called me on Monday, 29 July and after talking briefly about the earlier estimate and whether or not it needed to be revised (my question), Mr. Stanley said that he might be able to do the work the end of that week. I told him that wasn't good for me but that the next few days or the following week would be okay. He told me that he would call me back the next day, Tuesday, 30 July. when he had access to his calendar so we could firm up a date for the work to be done. I have not heard from him since then. I have an answering machine, voice mail, and caller ID. There is no record whatsoever of any call from him after Monday, 29 July. I wouldn't want to assume that he would misplace my name, number, etc so easily from one day to the next and not have access to redial info and/or the written estimate. One thought I had was that he decided that the original estimate was too low and he couldn't make any money on it. I would have been glad to listen to a reasonable revision. I simply do not understand why a reputable company would not call back as indicated. Respectfully, Glenn Wheeler

It was ok. I asked him to patch two places but you can see where he patched it. I don't think they used the best materials.

Response time was not as clearly stated to me as by Angie's List. They did not follow up, nor did they respond to a phone call into the company. They had assured me I would be getting that response. I’m disappointed.

The rain and weather were problems with scheduling buy they came right on time on the day when the weather cooperated. There were a few patches that needed to be raised and re-asphalt end and then the driveway was seal coated. It has never looked better!

very difficult to get a hold of him. took 4 tries to contact over about a 4 week period. once I was in contact everything went smoothly. he showed up when he said he would, on time and quickly performed the sealing of the driveway. it seems to be fine

They were a no call no show for our appointment we set up. Would not recommend.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not responding to me after I purchased the deal last Friday. I was told I would receive a call within 3 days. I waited until yesterday, then I started calling. I received no immediate response. I looked at the other reviews, and it appears I am not the only one that has had this experience.

Their communication was substandard at best. They never came out to do the work, because they could never be reached to set up a time.

My appointment time was for 10:00 am; they did not arrive until after 2:00pm and had never called to notify me that they were running late. I called around 12:30 to see if they were still coming and was told they'd gotten "held up", but still planned to come. When negotiating the cost to do the extra repairs the price kept going up and up as he (I don't remember his name) kept "noticing" other problems. Once I agreed to the price/work to be done, the work was done quickly and sloppily. Again, the driveway was in very poor shape in the first place, so perhaps it would have been more realistic for us to have it completely resurfaced to begin with. But it's disappointing to have spent around $350 to have it in better, yet still poor condition.
