Description of Work: Replaced windshield due to crack. Windshield leaked. Attempted to fix it and still leaked. Finally went to another Safelite Autoglass repair facility in Gaithersburg, MD who removed windshield and replaced it correctly.

Description of Work: A large stone hit my windshield right where it meets the frame while I was traveling at speed on an Interstate highway, causing an immediate crack. Over the next couple of days, the crack got much larger. I contracted with Safelite to do the repair work through my insurance company. The technician showed up at my home as scheduled and replaced the windshield quickly and professionally. Because of the low temperatures, he warned us not to wash the car for a few days, to allow the cement adequate time to harden.

Description of Work: No problems except it's better to have the technician come to you and replace your auto's windshield at your location. If you go to their office (as I did), you may get stuck behind a couple of other customers in their waiting room. Not their fault, but avoidable if you use Plan A, above.
