Made an appointment and got them fixed lickety split.

Super. But have them come to you at your home, place of business, or wherever.. They are completely equipped in their vans to quickly do the job. However, If you go to one of their businesses, you may get stuck behind 2 or 3 customers who have reached their waiting room before you, and it's going to be an annoying waste of your time. My State Farm insurance paid for the job. Satellite contacted them for me. A very efficient company.

This involved the windshield on my wife's Toyota Sienna. I called Safelite to make an appointment and they also volunteered to deal with our insurance company. My wife was delighted that the technician came to our house with his van and that he was perfectly equipped to do the job in our driveway. He arrived on time, and worked without needing my wife who was working inside the house. Quickly finished, he knocked on the door, gave her the paperwork and left. Simple. But here's a tip: Avoid taking your vehicle to a Safelite office There you can easily get stuck behind a cluster of several people waiting for technicians to work on their car. . However, in your driveway (or wherever you make the car available), you are the sole customer and the tech will very quickly do the job.

Prompt, professional work on limited area of windshield using epoxy type solution. Future crack expansion is controlled but the defect is still visible. We've used this business for two or three previous cracked windshield replacements and we've always been very happy with the service and outcome. Will pass next time on using an epoxy solution and wait for the crack to expand before replacing the whole windshield.

Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and the technician sent out to my house was great to work with. The repair, however, was not fully up to my expectations. It's fixed so that the glass surface is even again, but the mark was not removed and sometimes gets into my line of vision while I'm driving.

It was easy to book an appointment online. The appointment was quickly confirmed via telephone. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly helped. They even completed the work more quickly than they quoted me. As painless as having to replace a windshield could be.

I've used them three times over the years on different cars and have always been happy with the ease of setup and excellent service and quality.

The service technician was extremely gracious and polite. He did my work efficiently and in less than an hour. He was courteous and careful.

I had a windshield replaced. Within a day a piece of trim disappeared?they had broken a piece of trim. I went back to the company and they said they would order a new piece for me and that didn?t happen. I went back a second time to meet with the manager but he didn?t want to meet with me. I called the customer service line and made a complaint they called me back and I explained what happened and they said they would get the piece ordered. The executive service called me back and said they would get the piece ordered and that never happened. When I went back to the office the manager avoided me. The piece was never replaced. Subsequent to filing this comment, the assistant manager ordered the part and made an appointment for it to be installed at no charge. The part didn't fit. He said he'd get back to me. He did, and said they could not longer get the part. He said if I could get the part somehow, he would pay for it and install it at no cost. I celled the safelite executive service again, but no one ever reach out to help obtain the missing part.

The tech arrived earlier than expected and was ready to work. He explained what he was doing and was done in a short period of time.

I have USAA insurance and they have an arrangement with Safelite. I made an appointment on the phone through a special USAA phone number that takes you to Safelite. They gave me the cost up front ($266) and a specific time to be there. I was 30 minutes early and it didn't seem to bother them in the least. The man running the desk was super nice and friendly. He even helped me get the glass out of my childrens' car seats. They were done in less than the 90 minutes promised. They seemed to do a nice job with the window. My only concern was the less than great job they did getting rid of all the glass. They did cheerfully bring it back in to the shop to give it another vacuuming. However, when I got home and opened the trunk there was lots and lots of shattered glass inside the trunk, which was disappointing. In the future I will certainly look in the trunk before driving away. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Everyone recommended them. I called and told them I need a glass replacement. I was supposed to have appointment. I took a day off for them to come out and replace my windshied. They said they would email me very shortly to set something up. In that email it said they were going to call me and they never did. I watied until noon the day of the appointment, and then I left because they never showed up. When they did show up they put something on my vehicle saying it needed to be replaced. That was what i wanted in the first place. He showed up late, but never specified what time. So I call them back and said that they can reschedule. I asked for a Saturday because I could not keep taking off. They would not do a Saturday appointment, and I informed them I would not take off another day because they did not show up the first time.

Our appointment was at our house on June 2 from 1 pm - 5 pm. Safelite confirmed the appointment by email on Sunday, June 1 and again the morning of June 2. At 2:40 pm on the day of the appointment, they called to say that they did not have the glass in stock. They rescheduled for Wednesday morning, June 4, between 8 am and 10 am. At 9 am we called to see when they were coming and were told that we were not in their system. They rescheduled for 2 pm on June 5. They showed up at 3 pm today. Installation seemed to go fine, but until we've driven it a while and it's rained a bit, we'll withhold judgement. However, for causing me to waste two days sitting at home, I will never use them again.

Called the company to make the appointment on Monday and got the schedule for Wednesday. Showed up and out of there within 1 hour. They work with my insurance company so all I have to pay is the deductible. Very friendly and excellent service.

Royal Glass, a Safelite location, attempted to install the exact same defective windshield as I inspected at my original appointment a week earlier. It had a broken antenna lead that can't easily be fixed. They promised to get a replacement from the dealer (OEM glass), but they did not. Instead, they tried to hurry my car into the shop to avoid me inspecting the glass. I checked the glass again, and it was the same windshield with the same broken lead. Reach your own conclusions, but I am taking my business elsewhere after two wasted weekend afternoons.

They were actually good with my windshield; they come up to where you work to fix the problem.

Their price was very reasonable and their customer service was very good.
