Disaster, unrepentantly incompetent. The cancelled the first service visit to the house (8 May 2018) and claimed they had double booked the technician. He showed up the next day (9 May 2018) and determined the condenser needed to be replaced. On 11 May the warranty company notified Ecco Tech and myself that the parts had been ordered and were available for pick-up. Ecco Tech ignored this notification, it wasn't until late the next week I realized they had taken no action (it is a rental house with tenants occupying) so I contacted them. First they tried to blame the home warranty company and say the equipment wasn't availble to install. They finally (after multiple discussions with the home warranty company) scheduled an install appointment for 24 May, then cancelled the appointment on the morning of, once again claiming to have double booked the technician. 13 days since the equipment was available for installation and they still can't manage to get a technician on site. On top of this, I've been paying for a portable AC unit so my tenants can sleep at night to the tune of nearly $500/week.
