Description of Work: CRM was selected as our General Contractor after our Kitchen Fire to restore and rebuild. They did a great job overall and we would hire them again. Everyone we dealt with there was very responsive, competent and professional. We did use some of our own subcontractors which was very important to use and they were understanding and accommodating. They know how these insurance claims work and look out for their customer.

 + 2 moreThey were excellent. The hail was baseball size and did severe damage to my house. They basically re-did the entire house. We paid extra for insulation. A sub-contractor did the insulation in the attic that we requested. The insurance company gave me 3 companies to call. CRM called me back and the adjuster said she worked with them before and they were good. They have been in business 10 to 20 years and all the information I could find on them was good. They did all the insurance company paperwork so we did not have to deal with that. They left samples with us that we could go over and choose from. They came 2 or 3 times to set everything up. Once they started they got the job done quickly. They did the work really well. I called them once because some things were left behind and they were out that day to pick them up. They were very responsive. When I asked about the insulation they gave me a quote. It was very easy for us. I had to have someone here when they had the attic work done because it was a sub-contractor, otherwise I did not have to be here for the rest of the work. They dealt with all the insurance work. We got the check and then called them and they came and picked it up. It was very, very painless. The work they did was excellent.
Description of Work: They installed a new roof, siding and gutters due to severe hail damage and opted to also have insulation done at our request as well as new attic fans.
