The response time was incredible. I was attending a mani/pedi appointment. I was in the process of getting a pedicure when I scheduled the appointment. By the time my nails we re done, TNT had arrived at my house and cleaned the requested area. Amazing.

Henry was excellent communicating what needed to be done and the gutters look great. The only thing I would have asked was that one downspout joint was corroded and I would have liked that part addressed but otherwise the work was excellent and would recommend TNT again.

Henry from TNT was extremely timely with his first phone call after I put in a request on Home Advisor. He came out within the week, provided an estimate to replace my gutters and some rotten boards on my deck. He followed up the same day with a written estimate.His crew Came out and did the repairs as promised. Oh Joy! To have it rain and not be leaking though onto my decK! They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly when they left. great job . The entire process was quick and painless and I paid what I expected to pay for this.

Henry arrived on time to install seamless 5 gutters and bulldog guards on our house. He and his crew worked in efficiently and completed the project just before sun down. We re quite happy with this completed project. Let it rain.

Henry was fabulous and an honest hard working man. His family business is top notch and I would recommend him highly!! He was prompt and provided excellent service taking care of problematic gutters and installing gutter guards.

Caused damage to my siding by spraying stain/sealer on my house. Put sealer on deck surface, but not sides. Had to call owner to come back. Stain was not removed from siding as requested, touch ups needed were left with large globs of sealant, areas of the deck that were not washed and sealed were sealed without washing first leaving permanently sealed on dirt. Rather than apologizing for damage to my home and offering to provide license and insurance information, the owner became defensive and played the victim saying that I was insulting him and that he was doing the best he could, so by me pointing out the fact that he damaged me home, didn't provide the services that were promised, performed sub-standard work that I was insulting him. I requested a refund and initially was asked to wait until his Thanksgiving holiday plans were over. I found this to be unacceptable. He told me he wasn't going to drive back to give me a refund. I paid via PayPal and requested a refund to my original payment source (no driving required).

Gutter cleaning, troubleshooting, additional downspouts, made a splash guard, installed Bulldog Gutter Guards. Very straightforward, the way I like it. Came when they said, did what they said, charged what they said, all in a friendly way. Highly recommend!

Did a great job with power washing my house. Also did my daughter and her neighbors townhouse by my recommendation. Did an excellent job. Also fixed some roof repairs and did an excellent. Very easy to work with.

From start to finish, this was a good experience. Henry responded almost immediately to my request online and arranged the appointment. He was on time and answered all my questions. I thought his price was a bit high considering my house does not have a lot of square footing of gutters but his customer service more than made up for the cost. I would highly recommend his service.

Completed a deck stain job for me. They used too much stain so when it dried it started bubbling and peeling up. They also sprayed parts of the siding of the house. They were the cheapest estimate by far and I guess I got exactly what I paid for, so in hindsight I'd just pay more to ensure the job is done right.

Bottom line - very poor quality gutter work and painting. I complained to TNT the day they performed the work and provided an opportunity for them to correct the issues but they chose not to. I subsequently contacted 2 firms that specialize in gutters to review the work performed by TNT. I learned a lot about gutters from them and will have the gutters redone.

After spending 3 days power washing my (fairly large) deck, I decided to hire someone to stain it. Found TNT though home advisor and after getting multiple bids, decided to go with them. Henry is professional, courteous, and very responsive. He was able to get done in a day what would have taken me a week. As a side benefit, I noticed he did gutter work and he was able to advise me on a course of action regarding horrible gutter covers that I had installed years ago. I would definitely recommend TNT.

After this, I will never try to powerwash my house or stain my fence myself again. Henry was able to do the job 2 days after talking with him. They showed up on time, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The fence looks beautiful, and its so nice to see clean siding on the house again. Highly recommended!
