Aureon’s team arrived on time worked really hard and finished early. They were professional and very courteous. They were also very neat and out a drop cloth down so my floors wouldn’t be damaged. The outdoor unit wouldn’t fit through my door so they actually hoisted it over a tall fence to get the unit into my backyard. I have already referred him to several people.

I called Aureon to get a quote on a new AC/Heating system, he was able to come out the next morning. Aureon was the third quote I received and his price was by far the best. Aureon and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. A few days later the replaced the whole system. I would highly recommend Aureon and his team!

No scheduling required, same day turn around and as far as top shelf service with that type of criteria, they're really good.

That was very good. I was real happy with what he did. He came in and was testing to make sure that I didn't have any problem with an outside leakage. They were on time. He said that sometimes they get the information that Angie's List had people that wanted his product and sometimes they don't get it. So it took about a month and I didn't hear anything. So I called them and he made a schedule and an appointment and they came out and did what they needed to do. So I was happy. Once I contacted him, he said he was sorry that they hadn't got the information. I called him one week and he scheduled me like 3 days later, that someone would be there and they were. There was no additional cost and I sat there while he was looking through the furnace. I was real satisfied. He was very polite and when he finished, he said my furnace was in a good condition.

Flawlessly. After the estimate I was able to use one of their Angie's List specials (many times businesses will post specials and then find a way to tell you you don't qualify for that special price). They came this past saturday at 9. Left at 2. New furnace which works great. Workplace was cleaned up and they hauled away my old furnace. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

He didn't do anything since he don't have experience on my unit brand so I ask for refund
