Eastern Shore Window & Door

The process went very well in the beginning. Then, I had a long delay working with my HOA on colors (not their fault). Then it was time to schedule the actual installation. Install of the doors went fine, and the installer was very nice (but hinted that I probably paid too much). Then it took forever to get the shutters installed. I had to keep calling and asking for an ETA, worrying that my HOA would fine me for having mismatched shutters and door for so long. Overall, the experience was only so-so. I probably would not use them again.

Eastern Shore Window and Door was very easy to work with for the sales and installation of my new windows. I think their service was exceptional. The installation went very smoothly in a professional manner and the installers cleaned up afterwards both outside and inside even vacuuming the floor beneath the windows to clean up any debris that fell. And my new windows look and work great. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

After being disenchanted by the high-pressure sales tactics of some of the well-known window companies in the area, I called Eastern Shore Window and Door and spoke to Joe, the owner. I am very happy I made the call. I explained to him what I was looking for and he felt certain that his company could provide the type of window replacements we needed. A short time later, salesman Terry came to give us an estimate. It was the most relaxed interaction I've ever had with someone trying to sell me something! The price per window was much better than expected, especially considering the outstanding quality windows they have custom made. We signed the contract that day and, as promised, approximately six weeks later installer Jack and his two assistants came and installed the windows in one day! They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely efficient. We could not be happier with the finished product, and enjoyed the experience from start to finish. I will definitely contact them again when it is time to replace all of the windows in the front of the house.

The project went very well. Very professional. He cleaned up afterwards without being told to do so. Everything turned out good.

The Patio door took a long time to get here from the mfgr. Installation went very well. The space for the slider needed to be modified to take the new patio door. Final product looks great. A lot of window and door companies that I spoke with would not modify the existing slider opening.

Beautifully. Once the windows were received, we were contacted and the windows were installed the next day. Two very polite gentlemen installed 4 large windows in about 4 hours, cleaned up the mess inside and out and were gone in what seemed like record time. Couldn't ask for better service. Very impressive.

I’m late writing this review as we’ve had health problems to deal with since the installation. Robert & his helper did a beautiful job. Joe gave me a price for the three windows & his price was much less than others had quoted. He assured me that the windows were excellent quality & they are. Joe was wonderful to deal with & I highly recommend him & his company.

I was in the construction field for 40 years. Robert and Alex did an excellent job. They were on time, very careful to keep mess to a minimum, cleaned up so you never knew they were there. Robert went out of his way to get matching siding . They did this job like the place was their own. Very professional and true craftsmen. A pleasure to deal with. Next project I know who to call.

Excellent. The new door and framing was done perfectly and the pros that did the installation were very helpful and professional throughout. I was also very happy that they were able to arrange to use my old door knob and locks with the new door.

Repeatedly postponed install. Owner finally stepped in and got an out of state crew to install. Hopefully, owner has rethought his in-state crew. Once done, we were happy with the windows and quality of the install.

This company is great! The crew showed up when scheduled , worked very hard and professionally, with great courtesy to us, cleaned up after themselves, and in four days completed the installation. They were great and we would have them again or recommend them to friends. The windows are quality and the price was less than a big competitor's price . The Salesman / Contractor came out to the job to make sure all was going well. All our questions, when we had them, were answered well, and timely. We are very happy.

Eastern Shore replaced two bedroom windows and a very large sliding glass door in our condo. Joe was very pleasant to work with and his workman were very nice and thorough and most of all did not leave mess that normal contractors do. Would recommend company and thus far products seem to be great.

The product took less time to get here than expected. The windows were put in quicker than anticipated. They look absolutely fabulous. The home looks newer. Not even a minor hiccup on install. It rained after the first day they were installed and I had complete confidence in them. They worked perfectly.

Work was acceptable except for sliding door installation was not done correctly, Called to have it repaired under warranty and have been getting a total run around. I informed installer the door did not operate correctly and was told it was corrected during install (not done). Door has been opened a total of 10x and it takes a 200lb man to open. Company won't honor warranty

Extremely well. Owner/saleman was very knowledgeable and order was placed without any issues. Doors came in on time and work was scheduled within 2 business days. Crew was great. Professional, courteous and kept work area clean. I was very happy with the quality of the doors and their operation ( slides without any effort ). Beat 3 other estimates by at least 20%.

They have various installers. I had a slight problem after the initial install, and I had somebody else come to fix it. The quality of the windows are very good. One of the installers is awesome. Robert M. and his team did a great job with the installation.

Eastern Shore Window and Door Company proved to be a winner. The company lived up to its promises, and had a variety of options in various cost ranges and styles. They came promptly, worked efficiently, and were professional in every aspect. I've received numerous compliments on the finished work and believe other customers would be as satisfied as I am.

Joe Ryan and the Eastern Shore team did a tremendous job installing 9 windows and a sliding door at our seasonal home. Joe was great to work with & very responsive to questions as well as helping with submission to our homeowners. Joe suggested what windows would be best in the house as well as for the slider. This is a seasonal home & we were not at the property at the time of installation. Joe, Ryan and team took great care of the property, did an outstanding job, and gave me confidence that I didn't have to be on site for the work to be done. I have let the others in our association the top quality of the work and the ease to work with Eastern Shore. Would highly recommend and will use again! Thanks Eastern Shore!

The windows came in when they said they would. It gave me just the right amount of time after ordering to fix bad sheathing and install the waterproofing around the windows before they were installed. The installers did great work. They came on time, they were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly, in a very professional manner, and cleaned up thoroughly.

The company called me when they had an opening that would allow them to replace my windows sooner than we had scheduled and I happily agreed. I was unable to be there at the time but Ryan texted me photos of everything they did. The building management was very happy with them, as were all my neighbors. I'm very happy with their work, their customer service, the windows and the price and would recommend them to anyone.

Installation of our new windows was a terrific experience. The installers were on time and were done their work in a reasonable time. They left no mess in our home. The installers were very polite and professional. I wish I knew more people that needed windows at this time so I could recommend Joe and his team. Costs per window were excellent compared to other quotes we had received. We had used Eastern Shore last year for a special window that needed to replacing and a rebuild of the frame area. The work then was also exceptional.

We replaced 12 windows on the front of the house for curb appeal now. Later we will replace the windows at the back of the house. The workers were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed that they washed each window as they installed them. At the end of the work, they made sure every window was caulked correctly and we were satisfied. No debris was left on the lawn. We love the windows, they are beautiful and make such a difference on our house. The next day, I went to clean a smudge, thinking we still had the old panes in them... I went for the small squegee, forgetting that the panes were built in. The windows have made such an improvment on our house. We also love the life time warranty. We are looking forward to replacing the rest of the windows and have requested the same work crew.
