Ben responded to all of my requests promptly and within a week came to the house to go over all the work that needed to be done. The work was performed while I was at work and when I arrived home, I was quite pleased with the results. This month, Ben came back to replace the Crape Myrtle that did not survive the winter and recommended a Dogwood for the front yard. The new tree was planted within the next week and overall it was a job well dine!

We contacted Wolff through Angies List and a received a prompt reply. We had an overgrown Mew in our front bed that was starting to take over the sidewalk. Ben came and gave us a free estimate to prune the bush and to remove it. We opted with removal and stump grinding. Wow. That's all we can say. There was NO mess left behind, the work was performed quickly and efficiently. Dealing with the office staff was fantastic. We recommended Wolff to our neighbor who is going to have one of his overgrown trees removed as well. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price.

This company is on top of their game. It was flawless from appointment setting through job completion. This is our second year ordering firewood from Wolff. Always an ample cord, very well seasoned. Prompt and courteous service.

They returned our call within 24 hours. Arrived promptly for the estimate. Arrived on time and completed work within a couple of hours. Were very professional, raked the area clean afterwards, and took great pains not to damage our lawn as well as our neighbor's lawn (not an easy feat considering the amount of rain that had fallen the day before). Did a very nice job of shaping the tree, it is not butchered like so many people tend to do. We tried to use three other tree services before trying Wolff. The others would not return our calls, or did not show up for the estimate, or did not show up to do the work they had scheduled. If we are in need of this type of service in the future, we will definitely call Wolff first!

Owner was prompt for the onsite meeting and with the quote. The main reason we went with a different company was timing. Wolff had a one month backlog and we needed it done sooner than that. We would highly recommend this company, although we obviously can't speak to the quality of the work. Although if their quality was as good as their responsiveness and punctuality they would be great.

These folks were friendly and courteous, but there were two problems in our dealings with them. We wanted to buy two cords of firewood and there was no place where we could go to see the wood we were buying before it was delivered. The other and bigger problem was that my wife and I are older folks and asked to have the wood stacked for us. We were certainly willing to pay for this additional service, but it was clear that this is a service they do not normally provide. It seemed like it would be somewhat of an imposition, even if Mr. and Mrs. Wolff were willing to help us with the stacking. We worked out arrangements with another firewood supplier who delivered two cords this past weekend. His two employees had it stacked in 15 minutes and it did not seem like an imposition or unusual request. It seemed to work out better for everyone this way.

The first time I met Ben was when he showed up for an estimate. He called prior to the scheduled time and asked if it was okay to push our appointment about 30 minutes. He was on an emergency job and was running a bit late. I did not have a problem with that and appreciated the call. When he showed up we were impressed that he was concerned about retaining the natural feel of our property. We have had previous tree guys that wanted to cut down everything they could. Ben was very different and wanted to preserve whatever was possible. We discussed the work that we wanted done and he talked through exactly how it would be done. He provided an estimate on the spot and gave us a timeframe as to when the job could be done. He said to give him a call if we would like to proceed, no pressure at all. We called him the next day and scheduled the job. Ben and his crew showed up first thing in the morning. They all introduced themselves, discussed the job and then immediately got to work. They placed sheets of plywood down to protect my grass before moving the boom truck closer to the tree. They worked as a team quickly and efficiently. Once the tree was down and the stump was ground down, two members of the crew cleaned up the area, removing debri and even raking the area clean. The branch removals in the back required them to climb the trees. Again they proved to be true professionals. Once the job was completed, all of the debri was removed and the areas were left clean. When I settled up with Ben, he asked if everything was done to my satisfaction and it was a definite yes.

Ben and his team arrived on time and worked essentially non-stop until all was done. The tree cutting and removal was expertly done without damage to neighboring properties, in a very tight area. The equipment for this job was impressive. The trimming and planting was thoughtfully done to present the best view from the street. The choice of mulch was perfect and the areas were treated before the mulch was put down. We couldn't be happier with the job Wolff Tree and Landscape did and we're sure to call them again.

Everything was great! Scheduling was simple, the 6-person crew arrived on time, and they did an excellent job within a two-hour period. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and didn't make a mess of the yard. Furthermore, we appreciated that the owner showed up with additional men since he had to cancel our original appointment due to the weather. Ultimately, we'd highly recommend their services.

He is unbelievable. Knowledge, professional, price, equipment, the dude had everything. I mean the other companies we had give estimates rent the equipment. So that additional cost would get passed on me. This guy owns all of his equipment. He shows up with everything. His name is on every truck, every piece of equipment. They worked through lunch. They were here to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves. They protected my lawn. This guy came in and protected my lawn. He took down and 80 foot tree ad didn't damage anything. They are personable, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt. He is top notch.

First rate across the board. Ben and his team of 7 arrived at the scheduled time and didn't waste any time getting started. They worked quickly but very efficiently as they moved around the site, clearing wood piles and brush as they went. Pine tree limbs were chipped but those trees with large trunks were hauled away for disposal; all others were fed into the massive chipper. Each work location around the lot was cleaned up afterwards (I was impressed with the care the whole team took). And finally the large pines at the front of the house were taken down with great care and professionalism, ensuring no damage to neighbor's (or our) property. I was surprised but delighted that they managed to get through everything on my list within the one work day - an amazing feat. The guys worked non-stop and were entirely professional throughout. Very impressive. We will be inviting Ben and his team back in the Fall to plant ornamental trees to replace the broken trees. And I think my wife has now decided to call Ben back to clear some more very old white pine tress that are well past their prime.

We got a very quick service from them. They were here for probably 4 to 6 hours in the pouring rain and they worked through that. They took care of everything and just left behind some large pieces that we could then cut up and use for firewood. They did a lot of good service for us. I would highly recommend them. They showed up the night that it happened and came back the very next day. I was satisfied with their pricing because I knew I was going to be reimbursed foremost of that. They did an excellent job of getting it down quickly under a very unpleasant condition. The cleanup was great. They responded to my in the afternoon and came over that evening. They were very professional.

Responded quickly. Explained this was not his wood but that it was seasoned well. It has burned well and it was a full cord. I would recommend him.

Ben and his team went straight to work on my two downed trees. They were fast, professional and they cleaned up all the broken branches. I was very satisfied with Ben and his team. I would DEFINITELY use Wolff Tree & Landscaping again.

We had a hard time getting in contact with Ben but on the third day he called back and set up an appointment for that evening. He called later to push the time back a bit, but that was fine with us. He explained that he had phone problems and I assume that was the delay in returning our call. The wood seems adequate and a bit dirty but he delivered what seems like more than the 2 cords we purchased. I would defiantly call him again for firewood as he was professional and held to his word.

I would highly recommend Wolff for snow removal. Ben was very professional, and did a great job plowing my very steep driveway. The price for the job was the most competitive I have seen. I will use Wolff again the next time it snows for snow removal!

Ben and his team were set to deliver the firewood on one day but it was raining the day before and Ben didn't want the wood to be all muddy so we put it off a few days. Ben's team showed up on time and were professional and polite. They dumped the wood in the driveway and used a wheelbarrow to haul it to my backyard to be stacked in (2) different locations. They then drove across the street and dumped the firewood on my neighbors front yard so that he could stack them himself. I'm a bit of a novice on firewood but as far as I can tell it's all hardwood and well seasoned. The fires I've started with this have all burned very cleanly, little to no smoke, the wood have very clean and obvious lines in the grain from being seasoned. I would say about 5-10% of the wood at the most were odd pieces not easily stackable but they burn great.

Ben is super nice! Professional, on time, responsive and fair. I took his business card and am hoping we will be able to use his landscaping services in the not too distant future.

After finding Ben Wolff on Angie's List, I emailed him and arranged for him to deliver a half cord of firewood. He came exactly when he said he would and dropped off a generous half cord of split and aged hardwood. Ben is a pleasant and industrious young man. Good product. Good service. He's my firewood provided from now on.
