John did not seem like he was a "salesman" and we liked that about him. He was the only estimater that actually got up on our roof before giving us a price. He is very experienced and it showed. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive so we felt like we got a good deal for the service provided. He did not try to push us on "extras" - in fact, we ended up requesting more than we originally had planned.

Exterior Solutions did an excellant job making the necessary repairs in a timely manner and within our budget. The work was performed properly and everything was cleaned up beyond our expectations. Unlike almost all of our experiences with contractors, they did the work and didn't cause any stress. The crew was professional and pleasant. We have gotten an estimate for other work and if our budget allows, Exterior Solutions will be doing that work also.

Professional from start to finish. John Abbott responded promptly, came out and gave us an overview of the work. His estimate was the best, but even more, he took the time to explain what would be done, without undue pressure or "salesmanship". He listened to us and what we wanted the finished product to look like. The work crew was on time, diligent, and cleaned up well afterward. Not a nail was left on our property. We will use this company again.

John Abbott saved more than 50f cost (10 K) compared with higer quote from "big" company not by cutting the corner but by due diligence and professional Knowledge. Exterior solutions worked around me packing up for a camping trip and my four dogs going in and out. They patched up some problem gutters at no extra labor cost and were extremely efficient at stripping and installing a new roof with an added roof vent. Clean up was immaculate. John and his crew provided outstanding siding work on our house. He is very customer service oriented. He proposed honest and reasonable options vice being the salesman trying to sell the most expensive options. He is very responsive to any concerns and initiates resolutions immediately. Our project was finished on scheduled as promised and at the cost he quoted. I would most definitely recommend him to any and everyone. Bottom line he offers fair pricing, outstanding quality of work, excellent customer service, flexibility and honesty. My wife and I plan on using him again for our roof and window jobs.

John responded to our request for an estimate on replacing our roof very promptly. They arrived when they said they were coming, completed the job in a timely manner. They did an excellent clean up. Very prompt, timely estimate. Owner/manager John offered the best price and even fixed some immediate problems on my roof while preparing the estimate! Of the three contractors that came out to bid, John was the only one that actually brought a ladder. His personal service won out over the slick sales approach of the other companies. Once hired, he was quick to get started and finished the roof in one day. Work appears to be excellent (no serious rain to test it out as of yet), and looks fantastic. He came to the house with samples and brochures of shingles for our front porch roof. He completed the job in a timely matter and followed through every step of the way. My mother, a senior citizen, and I live in different states. When we discovered that she had an issue with the roof, we met with 3 different contractors and decided to offer Exterior Solutions the job to replace my mother's roof.
