As far as I can tell they did an excellent job on my roof. My only complaint was that they said it was a one day job, but it was three full days.

John was extremely responsive during the project. There were no surprises. His crew worked the weekend and stayed until dark each night to finish the job when promised. I highly recommend Exterior Solutions.

We are very pleased with our roof and also the way we were treated. Since the roof was installed we have had times of heavy rains and recently 2 blizzards of 20 " of snow with high winds within a week. Through all of this the roof remained intact without any leaks. The workers, and particularly John Abbott, were very professional. During the time when we asked for an estimate, John did not pressure us in any way which was very much appreciated. John was very honest in giving an accurate condition of the roof. My roof was 23 years old and he did not push me like many others told me that I need to get my roof replaced soon. He in fact, told me that I could easily wait for another year or so. But I decided to get it replaced anyway. Overall, his estimate was better than other estimates. He did some upgrades (material) and extra work (gable vent, chimney cover etc) but charged me very reasonably. Some of the items or work he included were standard where as others were asking a lot more. I asked him to do many little little items and he did them gladly. If some one asks me to recommend a Roof Company, they will surely appreciate my recommendation.

Reasonably priced and an excellent job. Roof looks great and performs great. Clean-up was superb.Took the time to make certain all debri including driveway nails were removed after tear-off. All gutters and downspouts were cleaned of debri and went the extra mile of removing a previous downspout clog that I requested be cleaned. John is an honest contractor and his crew does'nt skip a beat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

John's very patient and has worked with us to get details squared away. Project is complete and we are very pleased with the outcome -- took a little longer than expected, but I am picky and John took care of the additional details!

John Abbott and his crew were great. They showed up and fixed my siding quickly and professionally. Their work fits in so well with the rest of the house, you would never know they had been there. They cleaned up the yard so well, there wasn't a piece of debris in sight. I may have a roof issues starting, so I will definately be giving John a call again.

John was very professional, upfront and friendly. He told my husband and I what needed to be done to replace our roof. All work was completed timely and professionally. The workers were friendly and polite. They cleaned the work area and made sure everything was spotless before they left the worksite. The roof looks very good. We are considering using his services to replace windows on an attached porch.

The installation of the roof was well done. The supplier delivering the shingles damaged my driveway and I thought that would be an issue. However, once John Abbott found out that the supplier was not handling the issue he jumped with both feet and did all the leg work for estimates and follow ups with the suppler. He did not let it rest until I was totally satisfied with the result. I have to admit, I was a bit shocked at the dedication of a contractor to see this through to a satisfactory conclusion. I don't think I've EVER had a contractor this customer focused. Needless to say I highly recommend Exterior Solutions and John Abbott.

John Abbott of Exterior Solutions did a fantastic job replacing our cedar shake roof with a brand new asphalt roof. John was very accomodating, exceeding all of our needs and expectations. His crew did a very thorough job cleaning up the work area every evening prior to leaving for the day. The workmanship provided by John and his crew was top-notch. John did an excelllent job with our patio windows. He has an easy, low pressure manner which I appreciate.. The job was done as scheduled even though it rained during the job. The workers put down a tarp on the patio floor but some light mud was transfered to the carpet. John personally cane over and steam cleaned the carpet. I Yhr windows look terrific. I would recommend his company with no hesitation.

John is GREAT. He kept me up-to-date with everything that was being done - I was not left in the dark from the beginning to the end of the installation of my roof. John's was very, very polite, friendly, professional and easy to talk to - I felt very comfortable asking John questions I might had, be them big or small.
