Fast and professional

I called for basement soundproofing and I was assured the treatment being provided by Pilot Home Service would fix the soundproofing issue. After work was completed there was no difference in before and after. Since then I have been calling this company and no one seems to call me back. This company is a Rip Off and would definitely not recommend it to anybody.

Very polite and helpful

Talked with the sales person. He said they would use blown cellulose. I said he could have the job if they used blown fiberglass. He assured me that he would make sure they used fiberglass. When they had finished the job I saw that they had used cellulose. Word: Be Your Own Project Manager!

Pilot Home Services, responded and scheduled estimate quickly. The arrived with mask and maintained social distancing. Give great knowledge about what needed to be done and on the day of the project did what they said. I do recommend them for insulation and other services they provide..

Pilot Home Services was extremely helpful in explaining the different types of insulation and what would be the best for my situation. The sunporch insulation was done in one day. The workers were courteous, professional and hard-working. I would hire them again and recommend Pilot Home Services to others .

Owner Dan Hope was one of my four quoters and he was the most knowledgeable and prepared. He caught more issues than the other three. He was very pleasant and flexible to work with too. The installation went extremely well too. Chuck and Roman are extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Eddie is their newest addition and he did outstanding work as well. It was a big job and the attics were very hot. I'm in awe at how they were able to do such hard work in the heat. Look no further !
