This was a great experience. Company thoroughly explained the process and employees arrived early to get started. They were careful as they moved through my home. I was very impressed with quality of work and especially the care they took to complete the job. They did not take any breaks and cleaned up as they finished without a trace of old Insulation. I am so happy I went with this company to do attic insulation. Great work!

Pilot is, truly, an exception to the (too often) over automated / computerized / "can't answer your call now" companies encountered a majority of the time. Without exception it was very easy to speak with the right person and get help / answers when needed. They did a great job and when there was a small change wanted they quickly returned to take care of it. The owner, office manager and field staff were all extremely personable, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks much to the folks at Pilot for A JOB WELL DONE !!

Everyone I dealt with at Pilot Home Services was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Dan Hope, the owner, knows his business. He listened to my concerns and provided the information I needed to make decisions. Ed and Brian did the work - they also know what they're doing and did a great job. Gail, in the office, was extremely helpful. Attic insulation and crawl space encapsulation is expensive, but I feel the value of the work done is worth the cost. I highly recommended Pilot Home Services.

We were very pleased with the work that Pilot Home Sevice provided. I spoke to Dan on a Tuesday, and the next morning Eddie was there at 7:30 to complete our insulation project in an efficient & timely manner. I would readily recommend Pilot Home Service to a friend.
