Description of Work: Copseys Septic did a complete septic "pump out" of my residential septic system. The service rep, Chris, arrived within the 2hr window and explained the details of what needed to be done. |There was some digging involved to remove the lids, but it was minor since my builder had the lids accessible for this purpose. |The service performed meant and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend then to other homeowners.

Description of Work: I had problems with my plumbing for over a year. For no apparent reason toilets would not flush and I would call a plumber with a large roto-router machine to solve the problem at $350 a crack. Finally a friend suggested a plumber with a video camera and he determined that my lines were clear to the septic tank and that the problem was the line to the septic tank. However, he said that I might have the septic tank pumped out before doing the work. $1,300 for the inspection. Rippoff. I called Copsey's on Friday and they could not get anyone out on Friday and Saturday was iffy but they guaranteed Monday. They arrived 15 minutes early on Monday and quickly found the tank lifted the cover and after some pumping and evaluation concluded that I had a good working septic system that should have been pumped a few times during the 30 plus years it had been used. (It had never been pumped out) I paid $265 and my plumbing is now perfect. The rig was clean the fellow and his son were pleasant and they were as professional as can be expected.
