Rema came at 4:30 PM, the same day I put a request in on Home Advisor. He stayed until 8PM to resolve our problem. He took the trouble to cut into a wall to get at a loose pipe and secure it and to thoroughly snake the problem drain. He also fixed a leaking hot water cut off. We have had a recurring problem with a very slow laundry tub drain. The repairs were expensive, but if the problem is really fixed, the repair bill will be worth it. Only time will tell whether the drainage problem is completely fixed. Rema seemed very experienced and professional.

Remedy Plumbing was very professional. Had two drains clean ...both were cleaned with satisfaction. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

After two days of non stop running of the sump pump, Rema came on time as agreed and was eager to help! First he suggested to replace the sump pump but he found that only the maintenance was required! After emptying the pit, he ran a conclusive test that cleared the constant noise. We will definitely use him again.

Showed up on a Sunday, after I scheduled for a Monday afternoon appointment. Price of job stayed within the quote. Showed up when they said they would. I would use them again.
