I think the guys, should respect the location they find when they arrive at a job site. I felt the clean-up could have been better and I felt the job, looked like it was rushed, instead of taking they time so as not to miss anything. Kind regards!

They promised to finish in one day. When they saw that they could not finish in one day with the crew they had, they brought in another crew, and made good on their promise. I appreciate that. They were kind of rough on the patch of weeds I call my lawn.

I had 4 trees (40ft+) to be removed, 3 dead and 1 live. 2 of the 3 dead tress were SUPER DEAD. Another company wanted to charge a large sum, because they would have had to bring in a lift. Prestige came in, climbed the trees and went to work. They called before they arrived, on time, had 7 guys and in 3 hours my trees were gone. They worked efficiently. They had a system, one dude climbed the tree, the others got the fallen limbs and grinded them up. Did they mess up the yard. Yes! but what did I expect. In order to expedite time, they had a little tractor that took away the heavy limbs. This would have been hours more. So I would recommend to have tree removal work done first, because your lawn will be damaged. They cleaned up as they went and when the work was done, they cleaned up EVERYTHING. I would most definitely use them again.

A 30 ft tree fell onto our backyard and landed on one of our arborvitae. We needed the fallen tree removed and also wanted to try to save the evergreen if it wasn't broken. Matt from Prestige was the first company to return my early morning calls within minutes. He said he was booked for the day, but he could do the job first thing in the morning. After checking around, I realized this was by far the best option (most companies wanted to come out and do an estimate and then schedule the removal at some later, unspecified time). I called Matt back and he came by my house in about 15 minutes to evaluate the situation. He said his team would be at my house first thing in the morning, and they were! They were amazing. In about 45 minutes they had removed the fallen tree, raised and staked the arborvitae, and cleaned up my yard until it looked better than new! We are extremely impressed with Prestige: they responded quickly, they did the job exactly when they promised, and they did it to perfection. What more could you ask? The price, while not cheap, was reasonable. This kind of work is expensive, but if you are dealing with large trees, this is definitely not do-it-yourself work! Hire the best. Hire Prestige.

Extremely pleased with quality of work, as well as professionalism of owner and crew! After punctual arrival, they quickly cut down a dead tree exceeding 40 feet in height and removed huge branches from gigantic oak tree more than 150 years old. Additional efforts included pruning of same oak tree all at a very reasonable cost.

The appraiser was on time, very professional, efficient and friendly. The team was scheduled to cut two trees at 2 p.m. but when I came home at 1 p.m. they had come and gone already, the trees were down and the surrounding area around each tree was completely clean. I wouldn't have known they were there except the trees were gone except for the stumps. The stump grinding crew didn't come that day but did come the next and again, a great team. They carted away most of the ground stump and leveled out where the trees had been. Looked great. I was extremely pleased with Prestige and will definitely hire them again!

I'll echo what Aston G. in Silver Spring. Prompt response time, excellent service, extremely reasonable cost - hundreds of dollars less than a couple of other estimates we received. We had a very large tree that was dying, it was an intimidating project. One contractor wanted to bring in a crane and reach over our house. in a crane. Prestige came in, scaled the tree and had it cut down and hauled out to the front of the yard in less than 4 hours and then as promised the truck came a couple of hours later and hauled it all away - everything. They are extremely professional and I recommend them highly.

Prestige came even earlier than expected, did the job faster than expected, and it was a beautiful job. They took down several trees, they ground the stumps and left the mulch for me to be used in all of my other gardens. They were VERY fair and competitive, very friendly and very timely.Would definitely use again and would recommend to others!

Prestige Tree Experts performed as professionals and did an excellent job.

The project estimator and the tree remover and stump grinder crews were all excellent. Each showed up on time. explained the processes, and performed their work expertly. The tree removers took down a 40 foot tree in less than 30 minutes, removing all debris as they went. Was concerned about potential effect on close neighbor yards with a tree removed from a small townhome front yard but these guys are good. They kept the debris in my yard and ground up limbs as they went, even raking debris from the street! Was impressed with the extent of cleaning up. All of the men on the team were professional and friendly. The grinder crew also excellent at their job, grinding stump, removing chips, and covering the area. Office staff also excellent, calling early to reschedule because of weather. Cost was better than reasonable based on input from friends and neighbors. Prestige employees did an outstanding job in all facets and would consult them first for any future projects.

They send adequate numbers of men to handle any job, and they don t waste time completing their work. Also do a good job of cleaning up debris from the work they do.
