Prestige tree removal service did a great job from what i can see. I liked the work they did with cutting and trimming. I liked the fact that they answered my questions before, during and after my service. I will certainly use them again. The price was good to, as far as I was concerned.

Had them trim the canopy of our very large tree and some branches from the neighbor’s trees. Showed us exactly where they were going to cut, cleaned up the site well, and were done very quickly.

We had a large stump ground. The grinding went well. The top soil was a little sparse and not spread quite level. Overall though, a good value.

the only reason I gave 4 stars on customer service was because it seems the estimate was quoted wrong and after I accepted the proposal they tried to back out of it, and told me the job couldnt be done because it was on a hill and they couldnt get the grinder up there. However once I told them I needed to have the job complete they figured it out and came the very next day to honor their contract. Those guys really had a tough time getting that stump out of here, but they did it. I am very pleased with the integrity of the company.

They were very sloppy. Left huge chunks of tree debris and after being told that they would drive trunks onto only the driveway I was told by a neighbor that they drove vehicles onto the lawn tearing it up in numerous places. This was verified by the gentleman who cuts my lawn.

After the job had been done removing fallen trees from my property, I notified Prestige Tree Experts about dead branches still attached on the adjacent tree that was caused by a fallen tree. They came right away to remove the dead branches and cleaned up the site with no additional charge.

The estimators were great. they were up front about what can be done in the most cost effective way. As for the crew, the cut tree was the only evidence they had been here. Will definitely use them again

The Prestige Tree Team arrived ready to work and had completed the job in about an hour. They were all courteous, professional and cordial. The debris clearance was just amazing. I would hire them again.

Fantastic team of professionals. Amazing to watch as they efficiently removed and processed debris of 23 trees in two days followed by stump grinding on day three. Would highly recommend. Outstanding customer service from original contact to conclusion of job.

We had a miscommunication about the time of the service (8am vs 1pm). They weren’t able to come anyway due to a chipper being out of service. We rescheduled for the next day between 8-9am. I waited and thought they didn’t come by 10, but actually they were at the end of my long driveway out of sight from the house, already working. The job was pollarding and pruning 42 crape myrtles lining my driveway. They did a good job, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything. They were faster than the company I previously used and less expensive. Nathan and the crew were pleasant and seemed knowledgable about trees and how best to maintain them. I would use Prestige again.

They were very fast and friendly, But not the cheapest.
