They told me the time the workmen would come, specifically, 11 am and not before, which was important because I wanted to talk to them before starting their work. I asked them if that was absolutely confirmed and that there was no chance that they would come before 11, and they said yes, it was definitely the case they would not come before 11. In fact, they came about 9:00 and had finished and nearly driven off before 11, which means I did not get a chance to discuss what I wanted before they did their work. This was unfortunate because they trimmed my tree quite a bit differently than I had wanted. They should not have made a promise they might not keep.

Great service. Fantastic low estimates for multiple trees. Cleaned up the areas nice and made every effort to not damage the yard. FAST!!! And the crew was very professional. I will use them again in the future.

Shane showed up promptly for the estimate on Thursday, and provided me with a copy before leaving. His crew arrived on Tuesday, trimmed the trees, and cleaned up so that no one would ever know that they had been there. I was very impressed with their promptness and professional work-ethic. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an arborist.

They were fast in responding to my inquiry for tree work thru home advisors. Friendly staff, they did the work as promised and removed 1 tree (good job). In a few hours it was like the tree was never there. I did find them on the expensive side. I would consider hiring them again but will shop around for a better price as well.

Great company! Couldn't be happier! Great customer service and communication through office staff. Crew did a thorough job removing large tree branches away from house and power lines and left site completely cleaned up. Fair price and quality work.

The crew worked quickly but carefully, and did thorough trimming and cutting. They took esthetics into account in the look of their finished work, but improved "function" too, elevating the appearance and allowing for better airflow through the foliage of the three trees which they worked on. The clean-up and removal of wood and debris were on par with their other work. I will employ them again as needed, and recommend them without hesitation for quality and value of service.

They had the best price and did an excellent job. By best price I mean their quotes were $1000 less than 4 other companies, no kidding. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to remove a tree and/or stump. They removed a 30 ft tall pine tree in my back yard and grinned the stump in under 2 hours, with no damages and cleaned up. I'd give them more stars if I could.

They cut down a very large tree near my house. They did a good job making sure the limbs didn't cause any damage to other trees or the ground. I thoiught they did a good job and were very professional. I will use them again.

I had requested notice of the day they would come. No notice was given to me. Fortunately, I came home soon after the crew arrived. In getting a proposal, I had emphasized avoiding damage to the azalea bushes next to the trees to be removed. I repeated that concern to the foreman before the crew started work. Late in the day, I discovered that the crew was getting trunk sections to the curb by rolling them down a slope through the azaleas. There was some damage, but less than I feared. Still, my one concern was ignored. Otherwise, a good job and good cleanup.

I highly recommend Prestige. After getting 4 other quotes, we picked Prestige because they were very competitive with pricing, very responsive and highly professional. We had a lot of tree work to do (removing two very large, very tall trees in challenging locations; & pruning dead wood from others). Prestige did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They were even able to get the back tree down without damaging shrubs, fences, or even a small sapling below it. Their ability to not damage things is amazing given the work. The clean up afterwards was EXCELLENT. Their staff are super from Alexis (in the office), Shane (the estimator), Nathan (the foreman who oversaw the actual tree work), and all the other employees who accompanied Nathan. We would use Prestige again when we have another tree need.
