It went very well. They did a really excellent job. I got a 17 percent discount due to my employment and I had a coupon. They arrived and did a very professional job. They completed it in about 3 hours. They offered the best product and best price when comparing them to other companies. They were well rated with Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. I am very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

The experience was very nice. They are very detailed, conscientious and friendly. They usually come back if there is a problem so their follow up is fantastic. Their punctuality was fine. They cover their feet and fixed any plaster. They did extra insulation and put wood in. We have used them three times already.

It was fabulous. They were quick and neat. They came when they said they were going to. They cleaned up after themselves. They had a person come to the site to verify that the work was proceeding and to make sure that the guys were doing what they were supposed to be doing. I was happy because there were follow up. I got their name from a guy on the news on television. They were a little expensive. They have a patent on the gutter system and they manufacture it locally. The price was steep. The first meeting was very comprehensive. They showed me the contents of the gutters and door and how they put it all together.

In each case they were excellent. We had a slight problem with the casement windows opening and closing. There was a little catch in the mechanism. We called them and they had a guy out here in about two days. It was not big deal. He just made an adjustment and he was out of here in 10 minutes and it was perfectly taken care of. They are very professional. They make an appointment and they are here on time. They clean up after themselves and keep the area clean while they are working. They have a follow up person who comes around after the project is completed to make sure that I am happy with it and that everything is working properly. They are just a really good outfit. We live close to their manufacturing facility so we have been to their location, show room and everything. We are quite familiar with them. They are not cheap and are not the cheapest guy in town. We could have gotten a better price.

They were good. We never really followed through. The meeting was nice. I was going to get windows and I could not really afford it at the time. I thought they were very pleasant, on time and worked with me very well. I thought their pricing was a little high.

It turned out very well. They came when they said they were going to come and they were quite prompt in getting the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. It worked out quite well. It was about $1,000 per window and $1,500-$2,000 for the door. I am paying it off over time.

It was good. It was good quality for the price. There was a problem when they initially came out. They messed up the order a little bit and then they had to come back a second time and redo some of the work, which was a little bit of a nuisance. Other than that, everything was good.

They stood by their work and are a local company, not far from us at all. They were very professional and the gentleman who came out to give us an estimate both times was very nice. The gentlemen who came out were very courteous, professional and very much on time. They were not aggressive in selling their product.

They did a great job; everything was good. They did all the work in one day. They are a great local company that does a good job and cleans up after itself. My only complaint is that they were annoying with their follow up on the lead up to the replacement. They kept calling around 8 in the morning to check in and let me know what was going on. It got to be a little annoying. They tried to be a little overly friendly. I personally don't like business calls before 9 a.m. They came to install the windows one day and it was snowing so we told them we did not think they should do in when it was snowing so they had to come back another day. They did that okay; it was alright. They were very punctual.

At the end of the day all of the windows were in place. It turned out okay as far as I can tell so far. They seem do a good job and seem to be methodical. They come through and do what they say they are going to do very nicely. I have to go through a winter season here to see if it is going to turn out like I wanted to have accomplished. If my heating bills go down, which they should, then I will say it was well worth it. I think that it will turn out very good. I have no complaints so far. It seems to be the kind of quality I had hoped for. I thought their responsiveness was very good. As soon as I indicated an interest they came out and were very thorough. For example, the guy came out and took the measurements then that information got sent back to the factory. They apparently made things that fix because I did not see them having any trouble when they were installing them so that seemed to go well. I was very impressed at how smooth and efficient they were and it was obvious that the guys who came out to do the installation did it every day.

It was excellent. The customer service was not pushy. They were very professional and timely. They came out when they said they were going to. They finished when they said they were going to. They were very neat and picked up all the old guttering and took it away. The warranty is a double lifetime warranty so it is very hard to beat. I would absolutely use them again.

They were okay. They were acceptable services. The windows are good but I don't have them very much.

The service was okay. I had an issue with the door and they had to come out three or four times to fix it, but they fixed it.

I am satisfied with the product, itself, but they had to come out multiple times to install things properly. It was a major, massive headache. I had to have the president of the company come out to my house to try to somewhat make a deal with me in order to compensate me for my inconveniences. My opinion on it was that it was maybe a fair compensation, but not what I expected. I expected them to go a little bit more above and beyond as far as what they were going to offer me to compensate me for all my time and headaches. They replaced the sliding glass door four different times until they got it right.

I wouldn't say anything bad. I was really, really impressed with their work. They were, in my mind, as perfect as someone can get who is doing the job for you. I have checked out some other places and they are not out of line with what I would have had to pay somebody else who might not have done the job as well. They're just wonderful. If I had a need, I would use them again. I learned about them through my daughter. She had used them twice for the townhouses that she had and she was so happy with their work that's why I called them. She was also pleased with them.
