We spent right about $60,000 for both services. The sliding french door was expensive; it was $7000. I didn't realize their doors costed that much. They had 2 separate crews: the guys for the windows and the guys for the siding. The window guys were in too big of a hurry to get the windows out because they cracked a frame and that type of stuff. They patched up but they pulled the caulk around the window loose and they had to re-caulk them. However the guys that did the siding were awesome. They said if we had any problems we could let them know. For example, some of our siding had huge holes in it and they had to go back and get some raw particle board and they cut through the sheets to the sizes that were needed to do the repairs, and they even came on Mother's Day to complete the job. They didn't have to come out that day because they were scheduled the Monday after to finish and so they did it and finished ahead of time. We had carpenter ant damage so they fixed it and that took a bit of time and another issue we had was rain that fell for about 2 days.

We spent $30000 and they were great.

I had an excellent experience with them. I plan to use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job, and were thorough, cleaned up all debris, and instructed us on the use of (opening/closing) the windows, doors, and screens.

They were not good. They never submitted the order and the week to do the work they called me and said they could not submit the order. Their customer service was not ideal. They argued with me over price. They got me a standard door and I did not like it. It took 4-6 weeks to submit the order. They were not apologetic at all.

Very well. They arrived on time ...replaced 27 windows with storms and were finished in 6 hours. Crew was very professional ..2 different supervisors.stopped by during the installation.. They did a great job of cleaning up as they went along the job.

The installation team arrived on schedule; however, only one person spoke English. They repaired minor damages to the outside of the house that took place during window installation.

The quality of the windows is excellent and the take out, haul away, and cleanup was well done. The trim work and caulking was flawless. The windows have performed very well and have improved our home's energy profile. I would recommend Thompson Creek to anyone.

I was really impressed with their work. They were wonderful. They were not out of line of what I would have to pay somebody else, who may not have done the job quite as well.

We had used them before. They did a very good job. The products are high quality. The workmanship was good.

The service was okay. I had an issue with the door and they had to come out three or four times to fix it, but they fixed it.

They completed it in about 3 hours. They offered the best product and best price when comparing them to other companies. They were well rated with Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. I am very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

It turned out very well. They came when they said they were going to come and they were quite prompt in getting the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. It worked out quite well. It was about $1,000 per window and $1,500-$2,000 for the door. I am paying it off over time.

They were good. We never really followed through. The meeting was nice. I was going to get windows and I could not really afford it at the time. I thought they were very pleasant, on time and worked with me very well. I thought their pricing was a little high.

I thought they had a pretty good product. I did not have any issues with the service.

At the end of the day all of the windows were in place. It turned out okay as far as I can tell so far. They seem do a good job and seem to be methodical. They come through and do what they say they are going to do very nicely. I have to go through a winter season here to see if it is going to turn out like I wanted to have accomplished. If my heating bills go down, which they should, then I will say it was well worth it. I think that it will turn out very good. I have no complaints so far. It seems to be the kind of quality I had hoped for. I thought their responsiveness was very good. As soon as I indicated an interest they came out and were very thorough. For example, the guy came out and took the measurements then that information got sent back to the factory. They apparently made things that fix because I did not see them having any trouble when they were installing them so that seemed to go well. I was very impressed at how smooth and efficient they were and it was obvious that the guys who came out to do the installation did it every day.

We were very happy with the result and the service. I had some other estimates and they were lower than the other providers.

It turned out great. The service was pretty good from the time they got here including their professionalism and cleanup. I didn't have any issues. I would recommend them because of price. The price was a little steep.

It turned out fine. They do great work and keep in touch with me. They call before they come out and follow up afterwards. It was a good installation. I think it was expensive but I got high quality work. It was not like a steal. I have already called them to come out and give me a quote on windows.

I wouldn't say anything bad. I was really, really impressed with their work. They were, in my mind, as perfect as someone can get who is doing the job for you. I have checked out some other places and they are not out of line with what I would have had to pay somebody else who might not have done the job as well. They're just wonderful. If I had a need, I would use them again. I learned about them through my daughter. She had used them twice for the townhouses that she had and she was so happy with their work that's why I called them. She was also pleased with them.

The service is great and he is very, very good. He is the best service that I've ever had.

The experience was very nice. They are very detailed, conscientious and friendly. They usually come back if there is a problem so their follow up is fantastic. Their punctuality was fine. They cover their feet and fixed any plaster. They did extra insulation and put wood in. We have used them three times already.

They were all right but I wouldn't use them again. The quality was fine but they weren't timely. I wasted a lot of time waiting on them to show up for multiple appointments. The price was pretty high. They don't manage their schedules very well. They were professional.

It was fabulous. They were quick and neat. They came when they said they were going to. They cleaned up after themselves. They had a person come to the site to verify that the work was proceeding and to make sure that the guys were doing what they were supposed to be doing. I was happy because there were follow up. I got their name from a guy on the news on television. They were a little expensive. They have a patent on the gutter system and they manufacture it locally. The price was steep. The first meeting was very comprehensive. They showed me the contents of the gutters and door and how they put it all together.

We had a good experience with them. Their work was pretty good.
