They did an excellent job, and were thorough, cleaned up all debris, and instructed us on the use of (opening/closing) the windows, doors, and screens.

They were not good. They never submitted the order and the week to do the work they called me and said they could not submit the order. Their customer service was not ideal. They argued with me over price. They got me a standard door and I did not like it. It took 4-6 weeks to submit the order. They were not apologetic at all.

Very well. They arrived on time ...replaced 27 windows with storms and were finished in 6 hours. Crew was very professional ..2 different supervisors.stopped by during the installation.. They did a great job of cleaning up as they went along the job.

The installation team arrived on schedule; however, only one person spoke English. They repaired minor damages to the outside of the house that took place during window installation.

I was really impressed with their work. They were wonderful. They were not out of line of what I would have to pay somebody else, who may not have done the job quite as well.

The quality of the windows is excellent and the take out, haul away, and cleanup was well done. The trim work and caulking was flawless. The windows have performed very well and have improved our home's energy profile. I would recommend Thompson Creek to anyone.

The price of the windows was ideal for what our house is worth. I have recommended them to my customers. I think they are a great company and they make their own windows here in Maryland. They are a good product and we checked out a lot of windows. We went through five companies and some of them were cheaper than this, but I did not want a cheap window. I wanted a good, substantial one and they are good, substantial window for the price.

We called on a Sunday to price out options, and they came to our home the *same* day. We were really impressed by this and by their products and services. We contracted with them the same day and there was some delay in getting someone here to take measurements. The person who came to take measurements was extremely professional and listened to all our concerns about testing for lead paint, making sure there would be proper abatement, and he explained the adjustments we would need to make to our security system. The installation team was from Thompson Creek and not hired out, they confirmed all measurements and installed the windows and door quickly and efficiently. We're happy with the look and quality of the product. This isn't the cheapest source of windows and doors, but the quality of the work and the material for us was worth it.

It worked out very well. They were professional and did the job in a timely manner. I had used them before. The doors are working out great and there have been no problems. My interaction with them was good.

It turned out fine. I chose them because there is a lifetime warranty on the windows and because they are a local Maryland company. It was too pricey. $1,000 a window is pretty expensive.

The sales guy came and did a general measurement for pricing. The official measuring guy came out on schedule to do all the measuring and he set the official install date, which happened as scheduled. It was about 3 weeks because they had to manufacture the windows. The install took one day for five windows. They even fought off a bee's nest. They even replaced the wood facing that had been infested with bees at no charge. They took extra care to foam up the edges of the windows so that everything was completely sealed because we had leaking which was the reason for getting the windows in the first place. I am thrilled to death because I haven't had a drop of water since. The front window came in cooler than the previous window where I had window film professionally installed so I was very, very pleased. Tomorrow they are doing the main level windows so I am really excited. I had several different quotes and they were amazing on price. They easily beat all of those with a better product. They gave me great financing options. There was no pressure to do it now for the price. They just said to call if I wanted to do stuff. The windows are beautiful and the install was excellent. They glide very nicely. They look amazing. I am getting a sliding glass door in the second batch. They were very responsive. They assigned a project manager who was available for questions. They always called when they said they would. They were very punctual. All appointments were kept as promised. They were very professional.

It turned out fine. They do great work and keep in touch with me. They call before they come out and follow up afterwards. It was a good installation. I think it was expensive but I got high quality work. It was not like a steal. I have already called them to come out and give me a quote on windows.

It was overpriced. I probably paid too much for it. It is a good door and it is well insulated but I should have shopped a little more. The door may not be overpriced; I just may have jumped a little soon. I might have gotten a less expensive door if I had shopped around that might have fit my bill. I would recommend them but I would say to shop around because on putting that much money into it. The service was very good. They didn't get my charges set up right so I had to work with them about 3 months on the financing.
