The only issue was that they measured two windows incorrectly so had to rebuild and return to install. Not much of an inconvenience. Very pleased with their service.

We are not done yet because they found wood rot on one of the windows so one of their subcontractor guys is now giving info to my insurance so it will be taken care of. They are very responsive, professional, yada, yada, yada and no one complains about Thompson Creek that I am aware of. I would say it is a little on the pricey side.

Went well... they are saving a lot of our heating and air conditioning bills!!

Highly satisfactory. They were punctual, efficient, quiet, clean ... no complaints whatsoever. I plan to hire them a third time for the attic and basement windows. Then another project after that for the back addition. I highly recommend this company.

Thompson Creek sales reps and work crews are professional, competent, and courteous. Each install has been exceptional, and we love the lifetime warranties.

Just fine, but they only put new caulking over the old instead of replacing. I just wanted the caulking cleaned because it had grayed so much, so that was fine.

They were really good. They did good work, cleaned up after, and did everything you really want a company to do. They took away all the old windows. They also cleaned the windows once they were installed.

Called to have a gutter estimate done. 2 days before appointment, company called back to confirm. They pulled a deed search to see who owned the house (my fiance') and insisted that she had to be there on site for the estimate to proceed. Have had $15K+ in work done in the past month and this was the first company to insist on this. Decided they weren't the right ones, since my fiance's taking care of the kids at this time.

They were excellent and provided good quality. I havent had any problems with drainage since then.

The windows seem very nice. I did not know that the replacement windows would not allow space for me to rehang my 2" wood blinds. I would have still purchased the windows if I knew this, but would like to have known in advance. And while the windows do seem very nice, I'm still not sure the investment in such expensive replacement windows will be worthwhile.

Installation was seamless. However, the initial meeting was a lot longer than we had anticipated.

The level of professionalism and commitment to quality were unmatched. The sales individuals were not pushy and were honest about items that did not need to be replaced. They were always on time, considerate of our space, quick, and the individual responsible for installing our custom window was a really nice guy (I didn't get to talk to the others as much because they were in other rooms replacing more standard windows). Great work. Would highly recommend and will be using them for future jobs.

Thompson Creek did an exceptional job in the replacement of my patio sliding door and two picture windows. I could not be more pleased. I will revisit them in the near future to replace my front door next.

Excellent. All work was performed quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to have a brand new door that looks great and works perfectly. All the people from sales to installation were so nice and very responsive if you had questions. It may be a little more pricey than others but the quality is outstanding. It’s worth it. Thompson Creek sells quality products and is a very good company to do business with.

They were reasonably priced. Four or more came to complete the work. The workers were excellent and completed the work in a day. They cleaned behind themselves.
