Description of Work: Went perfectly from start to finish. Greeted as I walked in; Kelly spent quite a bit of time understanding my needs, showed me many options and worked with me to figure out the best option possible.

Description of Work: They framed a 20-year cross stitch sampler that turned out beautifully. It was worth waiting 20 years to get such absolute perfection. Even with a rush charge (the piece was to be on public display), it was still a great deal.

Description of Work: We had a lithograph that needed to be farmed. They were very helpful in creating a matte & frame that complemented the picture and where it would be displayed. She completed the work in the time she estimated. It has been a long time since I had something framed, so the price was a bit shocking, but I don't have a good frame of reference to know if this was a competitive or not. Thankfully we had a big deal coupon! The picture looks fantastic!

Description of Work: I was surprised with the total cost ($437.60 plus my Angie's list deal coupon for $150.00, which cost me $60.00) but thought it might be sticker shock since it had been a while since I had something framed. When I went back to collect the framed pictures, one person was deeply engaged with another customer while an older woman sat at her computer totally ignoring me. When I spoke up, she said that everyone was busy and didn't seem too happy that I had disturbed her. Finally, and after a glare in my direction, she went to the back room and came back to tell me that "someone (Bob I think) will be up as soon as they are finished ordering something on the phone" and promptly went back to her computer business. In total, I waited over 20 minutes for a transaction that took less than 2 minutes to complete with the back room guy. I understand waiting, but not having to wait 20 minutes for a set of over priced pictures. I will not use this group again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $60 for $150 Worth of Custom Framing. Everything worked out just fine.

Description of Work: I took two graphic art pieces to be framed. One was well done, but the other one was a disaster. In the few weeks since I brought it home, the entire piece has wrinkled around the edges, and it obviously needs to be redone.

Description of Work: They framed a large stained glass window for use as a decorative piece of art in my house. They were very helpful in terms of making suggestions about the type of frame to choose. The framing was done beautifully and on time. All professional framing seems expensive to me, so I really don't know how to rate their prices. I purchased the work as an Angie's list special deal. The bottom line is that they did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Had two prints framed (each approx. 20x20) The overall experience was good; very helpful staff. I would probably use them again. Would have rated them an A- if that had been a choice. There was a small nick on one of the frames and the hang wire was not fastened at the same spot on both pieces which meant accounting for the difference when mounting...glad I measured each individually before hanging (also the hardware they provided was cheezy and one was not substantial enough to hold the weight of the piece. Bottom line: when paying premium prices, I expect superior quality.
