Description of Work: The personnel at Chesapeake Framing are thoroughly professional. Their suggestions for framing an antique poster were absolutely brilliant. The frame was infused with faint streaks of color which matched both the lettering in the poster and the matting around it. The glass used enhanced the colors but had an almost invisible quality to it. The manager personally phoned to inform us that the poster was ready for pick up. Everyone there was kind, courteous, friendly, and showed an interest in delivering a quality product. We will certainly use CF again!

Description of Work: Was going to have them frame several small prints, nothing special. Upon discovering their inflated prices, used my purchased discount to frame just one print. Their work was no better than my usual shop, which framed my 3 remaining prints for $200 (Chesapeake wanted about $1000).

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal from Angie's List for $150 of framing for $50, as I recall. I had a fairly large piece of hand embroidery framed. The total price was more than $350, which was more than I expected to pay. Granted, I had not checked out prices ahead of time and framing is always more expensive than I expect it will but this was quite a bit more than I hade planned on. |But, they did an absolutely lovely job and I'm really happy with the result. I would recommend this place to anyone who has real quality art that they want framed. Otherwise, go to some place like AC Moore or Michael's and get it done cheap.

Description of Work: The provider framed four 8 1/2 by 11 photos plus an odd-sized photo. The frame selection was excellent,the work was beautifully done, and I was called when the framed photos were ready to be picked up. The work was completed on the date promised. I was completely satisfied and would use this provider again.
