If you have read some of the other reviews, you will see that we work hard to provide great customer service, excellent designs and high quality finished products. Your experience was an aberration that I take very seriously. Everyone who works here is trained to give customers options, both creative and budgetary. We offer the vouchers as a way to introduce ourselves to new customers, but let me be absolutely clear-we in no way inflate pricing for people using the vouchers! We strive to be competitive while maintaining the level of expertise and craftsmanship our clients deserve. When beginning the design process the first question we ask is whether you have anything in mind. We do this because we need a starting point to begin selecting options. If someone has a definite idea of what they would like, we might suggest options to enhance the design but it is never our intention to 'drive the price up'. I am much more interested in developing a long term relationship with you than making a little extra profit from one trip. We've been in business 34 years, completely because of that approach.
