My installer was on time and performed exceptional work. He was able to advise me on where to best place hardware in house. Cleaned up as well.

They were extremely courteous, very timely, and they have been great at following up. We have only been using them for a short time and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been more than pleased with them.

Tavon the installer arrived during scheduling window, removed shoes to enter home, was knowledgeable explained everything so I could understand and asked permission before he touched stone fireplace to fix broken wire.

I initially went with them since they were sor reasonably priced. I worked with Corey who is a good, accountable young man. Very pleasant to work with. I'm pleased with the techs too. Terrell and Jeff were my techs & they were very good. They've hung in there with me through some bumps.

These guys rock. From initial sales call and visit with mike through install with dee, this is a top notch professional business. They knew their stuff, provided fair pro and con discussions when discussing options and arrived promptly on time with a smile. Both took the time to explain the system and how it worked. They both reflected a very positive image for the company and were extremely comfortable to do business with. Both seemed to love their job, which goes a long way to providing a positive customer experience. If living in the area, i wouldnt look any further than vintage for security services.

Terrific. Could not be happier. We bought an older house that came with a security system that covered everything including sensors on every door and window, glass break sensors, motion sensors, as well as smoke and CO2. Paul from Vintage was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me extras. Although low key, Paul was nonetheless enthusiastic and radiated "I like my job" which reflects well on him and the company. He came up with a system that would tie in all the old sensors to a new control box and replace a couple non-compatible smoke alarms (see above). Total cost was $420 not including the monitoring. This system also uses Alarm.com and does not require additional hardware for remote internet access. Monthly monitoring which includes remote internet control of the system is $32/month. It is ten dollars/month more if you want all the bells and whistles such as remote control of the house lights, thermostat, exit door locks or video monitoring and of course you would have to buy a new thermostat, light controls, camera and so on. We chose not to get the extras. Although ADT could also take over the system, to replicate what Vintage could do would cost over $500 up front, require an additional piece of hardware for internet access (ADT Plus), and would cost $54.99/month to monitor ($48.99 without internet access). Chad the installer was professional, timely, tidy and an all around pleasant guy. Once he had everything up and running, Chad gave me a through walk through of the system and a detailed tutorial on how to control the system through my Alarm.com account and iPhone app. We may never touch the wall keypads ever again. You can stick with remotely turning the system on and off or get really granular control over the sensors and alerts. Working with Vintage Security has to have been one of the nicest service encounters since my wife and I bought this house. I highly recommend them.

The team arrived promptly, answered questions that we had along the way, stayed to show us how to operate the system, even programmed our phones too!. My husband and I were very pleased. I was even sold on the controlling lighting features for my home from my smartphone or computer. Overall great company with professional workers.

The salesperson that came to do the initial estimate was very punctual and courteous. He provided recommendations on where sensors would and wouldn't make sense without trying to upsell their products. The installation appointment also went very smoothly. The installer did his work efficiently and professionally. So far (around one year of service), the service has been excellent. We have had multiple situations where the system has tripped (e.g., power outage, a family member coming into the house and forgetting the deactivation code). Each time, we received an immediate call from Vintage's monitoring center to confirm that everything was okay. We have also had experience with their technical support in asking how to temporarily disable the security alarm when needing to turn off power to the house to do some electrical work. The web/smartphone app for accessing the security panel remotely is also a very nice feature and works wonderfully. We have been very satisfied with Vintage and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security provider.

Service from Vintage Security was top-notch. Mike assessed our current system (carefully making sure that it could be easily updated with a new control panel) and suggested several new alarm locations for us to consider. Definitely an informative, low-pressure process. After receiving the proposal and discussing with Mike, we then scheduled the installation, which was performed by Matthew. Matthew exuded professionalism and concern for doing the job right, including, after the physical work, an explanation as to how to work the new system, including the online features. I would definitely recommend Vintage Security for your home security needs.

All went well except the data plan wasn't properly explained. They had to come back to reset and explain.

It went well. Phil cam in assessed the system. He spent time checking out contacts that were probably 10 to 15 years old. The installer came an did a great job. It went very well.

The technician arrived on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. He was professional, neat & friendly.

There were on time, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. They helped us find the best plan for our family. Worked hard and longer than they expected to get everything in working order and make sure I understood everything.

It cost more for the initial install, but they all do. No security business will ever install a system in your home for the $99.00 quote. I am fine with that as long as when they come to talk to me, they are truthful and up front and they were.

Phil set up an existing Honeywell alarm for monitoring by Vintage. He was very professional and did an outstanding job making sure everything was working. Even though they did not install the alarm he took the extra effort to reprogram two alarm sensors and ensure everything was monitored correctly. I would definitely recommend the company.

The service turned out perfectly. We could not be happier with Vintage Security. Our salesperson/coordinator was excellent. They worked hand in hand with our contractor who was doing some renovations. That way everything went seamlessly and there was not a lot of drywall work that needed to be done afterwards. They also came out recently to give us an estimate on exterior video surveillance. I thought they were very honest about what video surveillance could and could not do. They company and its quality is wonderful.

Went smooth and correct. System works great. Vintage always does a fantastic job from paper work to installation! Highly recomended!
