Just had some tree work done by Shy Tree, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! They performed a crown cleaning and cable bracing on my Red Maple, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the process and benefits of each step. Alex was extremely professional in the removal of some downed trees near a waterfall on my property. He happened to be in my area (Western NC) post-Helene doing storm work and came by at a moments notice with his crane. We had a large tree limb fall onto our roof and ultimately needed the tree removed as well. Alex and his crew were super knowledgeable and I was impressed with their customer service, safety measures and knowledge. They even got us whatever we needed for our insurance claim.

Alex is a true professional with a kind heart. My cat had been stuck in a tree for two days. My wife and I used the Baltimore County Paige to help look for somebody who can get the cat out of the tree and Shy Tree came highly recommended. When contacted he was here within 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I would highly recommend him not only for all of your tree needs, but if you ever get a cat stuck in a tree, he’s your guy.

Great crew, incredibly professional. They showed up right on time this morning along with James who did the survey/proposal and Alex the owner. One of the trees being removed was pushing against my fence and causing it to bow. They diligently removed the panel to get to the tree and stump. Afterwards they put the panel back and cleaned up all debris. I really appreciated that the owner was out there and updated me on everything being done. I can see exactly why Shy Tree is highly recommended on local community FB groups. Side note: I enjoy listening to ppl talk about subjects they're knowledgeable and passionate about, and James and Alex are nerd-level passionate about trees.
