I have known Walter Howard for many years. I nickname him "the Ghost Contractor". He comes, does the work, and then he's gone. He has done various projects in my home. Very trustworthy, honest, and dependable. My concern only is that he will retire! Dawn Spring, Phoenix, MD

I am so happy with my remodeled bathroom. It turned out better than I had even hoped! Walter handled everything and even met me to pick out the tile. He was always pleasant to work with and even took care of a few extra things for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If I have another project, my first call will be to Walter.

Mr. Howard was very upfront, honest and professional. The work was delivered per the contract - and he actually took care of a few other things around here as a favor to me. I not only would recommend him, I am hiring him to do additional work.

They do a good job, but you have watch for work quality. One of the workers was a little sloppy when it came to painting.

We had some roof damage due to a wind storm a few weeks ago. We chose Walter's based on the numerous positive reviews and he did not disappoint. He was very friendly and straightforward. His price was very reasonable. I could not go up the roof and inspect the work first hand but, from the ground, I saw his guy checking for loose shingles, making sure they were nailed down and secure. I would highly recommend him.

We had shingles on our roof that came off during the last wind storm. We came across Walters Home Improvement on the Home Advisor website. After reading a few of the reviews we decided to contact him to get an estimate and have the work done. The work was done the very next day and the price was reasonable. We received photos of the damage, and photos of the completed repairs. Everything went smooth. We highly recommend Walters Home Improvement. I know we’ll keep them in mind it we need any work done in the future.

Walt is just great to work with - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. He has a proven team of skilled pros that he works with time and again; no unknown quantities. Everyone is on time and friendly, they do great work and take care to clean up at the end of the day. I'm so happy with the outcome of this project that I have them lined up to do both another bath and a kitchen remodel. I know our home is in good hands with Walt!

I am very pleased with the powder room redo that Walt and his crew did for me. I had picked out all of the material before hiring them. Walt made sure to pick up the supplies for me.
